what can be known today, is that oxygen bound to such as aluminum and iron and calcium in the crust of the earth are profoundly abundant. There is vastly more oxygen in the ground than in the air. Either way, hydrogen with its electrons stripped off (solar winds and CMEs) would happily combine with atmospheric oxygen… and/or even rip rock up out of the ground to combine into water. 'Space Rain' made chemically by Sun's hydrogen combining with terrestrial/atmospheric oxygen. but IJDFK
