Neighbor 2 houses to east, pulled both of his SUVs out and pointed his tail lights at my wife as she blew leaves. Wife claims they have extra lights that give off some type of radiation. She said to him do you want to get closer and attack me, he stated he did not know the neighbors around here, she called them criminals and said they are all in a crime organization. He then pulled both cars back in to his driveway; why did he take them out to begin with? He is obviously a liar as he used to hang out with neighbor to the east and their kids would play. Do not know what happened to that kid, no longer there. This morning we also had chemicals on our front stoop that were highly toxic that seemed to interact when we put water and soap on it to hose it off. Every couple of days, it is always something. Last week it was toxic white paint.
