from what I understand it can be appealed or maybe there will be an attempt to overturn the decision by another circuit.
Then would be adjudicated by SCOTUS.
It's a Federal Court with jurisdiction to its area.
I believe the decision might be forced on the other circuits, but am unsure.
I think the Dems did that with their Federal Court rulings, like those regarding the border?
