The New Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins
Would highly recommend that anyone here, or otherwise, read this book. 1st hand accounts of how the world bank/imf fuck over countries by forcing them to take loans for infrastructure by vastly inflating estimated gains which then locks them into perpetual debt and forces them to hand over natural resources. Should any leader have the gaul to stand up for his own people, they tend to end up dying in "accidents".
