KaMOOla resigns immediately.
Joe appoints Trump as VP. Senate confirms. Joe resigns. Trump takes over next week.
After a couple of months of intensive campaigning, wouldn't you want a few days away from social media?
Yes, he is busy as hell getting the transition going, plus, it is only polite to let the Dems have the spotlight for a while, admitting they shot themselves in the ass with the whole thing.
No need to give any ammunition that might affect the rest of the vote counts for the outstanding House and Senate races. No need to give the libs any reason to start litigation any faster than they already have planned.
The left is going to try to tie up the second Trump administration in the courts and stop them from implementing their agenda. Trump needs to hang low and get the transition on track to hit the ground running on day one.
They already dropped most of the lawfare crap against him. They are running scared (indictments coming their way?), but are not defeated. They are probably getting the next scam put together and ready to implement asap.
I'm certain world leaders are already on the phones.
Perhaps some informal contacts with Russia, North Korea, China and Mexico are also happening behind the scenes. Could be he is already starting to put the world back in order even before he takes the oath again.
