The problem with that is that those who choose to lie/cheat/steal from others end up with more property and thus, more votes. The working man/woman gets penalized again and again.
It's not unlike the current situation with our government that we are working to fix. Black hats making bad decisions that negatively affect the working man/woman.
Well, all that is going to change.
