She's trying to tell her followers that they should try to understand why people voted for Trump, and is assuming it is primarily about how they feel about two things: their "money" and their "security", which she characterizes as "power".

she says if those are addressed, then many Trump voters would care about things they care about, such as "dismantling the patriarchy" and dismantling capitalist systems.
