Just getting onboard this morning. Has anyone considered that picking Rubio as SOS might be part of a bigger negotiation to get Rick Scott elected as Speaker?
Maybe Rubio can help whip the votes, but he wants something in return.
I don't honestly think he trusts Rubio. Remember, he played head games with Romney too.
