The latest climate research shows that plants are absorbing far more carbon dioxide (CO2) than the establishment has long claimed. This means the planet is not at risk of melting from “greenhouse gases” after all because plants are using those gases to thrive. CO2 is necessary for life to exist. All this time, the climate lobby has been relying on incorrect and often falsified data to back the bizarre claim that (CO2) is a pollutant that is destroying the world. A critic noted that scientists were “31% wrong about something as fundamental as plant CO2 absorption. This isn’t a minor correction; it’s a massive revision that undermines the credibility of models driving policy.” Concerning emissions, it can no longer be said that CO2 is building up in the atmosphere now that we know plants are absorbing all of that excess.

Medical Examiner Says Daniel Penny’s Chokehold Caused Homeless Man’s Death, Not Drugs

 

Daniel Penny, an ex-Marine, held Jordan Neely, a homeless man who was making threats on a subway, in a chokehold and Neely died. Neely did have a pulse when paramedics arrived on the scene. Dr. Cynthia Harris, the medical examiner in the case, testified that Penny had Neely in the hold for more than six minutes, including 51 seconds after his body went limp, and said that the homeless man did not suffer a drug overdose. Neely had a history of using synthetic marijuana drug K2, and it was in his body when he died. Penny said he was trying to protect women and children on the subway train. He is charged with second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide; he faces 15 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.
