Don't know if you have someone local to me, but neighbor to east is having his sprinklers cleaned out and there is a strong odor of chemicals. Maybe get a soil and grass sample where the white part of my lawn intersects with his. I know it is cyanide.

Take a sample at his sprinkler. They can come onto my property first to locate his sprinkler. Even someone that can testify to the odor would be great. He is probably venting pesticides which is causing the smell but I am positive there is cyanide there as he has a 20 foot plant in his backyard. Cyanide is odorlless.
