Ukraine's ATACMS Strike On Russia Comes After Putin Lowers Threshold For Nukes

About a day after President Biden authorized Ukraine to use the long-range US-made MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System to strike deeper into Russian territory, a new report suggests that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have hit a military installation in the western Bryansk region. This comes after Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Russia's nuclear weapons doctrine was changed and signed by President Vladimir Putin, indicating "the use of Western non-nuclear rockets by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russia can prompt a nuclear response."

"For the first time, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck Russian territory with ATACMS ballistic missiles," RBC Ukraine news agency reported Tuesday.

Germany suspects sabotage after damage to undersea cables

Infrastructure operators have reported two incidents, affecting several NATO states

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said on Tuesday that the rupture of two internet cables under the Baltic Sea, connecting NATO member states, appears to be a coordinated act of sabotage.

Infrastructure operators reported the severing of two separate lines on Sunday and Monday. Over the past year, several similar incidents have occurred in the area. In one such case, Finland and Estonia were quick to point the finger at Russia – only to discover later that a Chinese cargo ship’s anchor had caused the breakage.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an EU ministerial meeting in Brussels on Tuesday, Pistorius referred to the latest incidents, saying: “No one believes that these cables were severed by accident.”

According to Pistorius, “with this in mind, we have to state – not knowing exactly who is behind it – that we’re talking about a hybrid” attack. The German defense minister added that there was a “clear indication that something is going on here.”

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, along with her Finnish colleague Elina Valtonen, stated that “the fact that such an incident immediately raises the suspicion of deliberate damage speaks volumes about the instability of our time.”

Cinia, a Finnish state-owned data services provider, reported the breakage of its C-Lion1 on Monday evening. The line spans some 1,173-kilometers (729 miles), connecting the Finnish capital, Helsinki, to the German city of Rostock. According to the infrastructure operator, the damaged section is situated in Swedish waters, away from the main maritime routes in the area. Cinia’s representatives said they suspected anchor-related damage. A spokesperson told reporters: “at the moment, there isn’t a possibility to assess the reason for the cable break.”

The C-Lion1 runs close to the now-defunct Russian Nord Stream gas pipelines, which were put out of operation by several underwater explosions in September 2022. While the Western media has claimed a group of Ukrainian desperados pulled off the act of sabotage, Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin, have pointed the finger at the US.

On Sunday, another underwater cable – the BCS East-West-Interlink, which connects Lithuania to Sweden – was also reported to have been seriously damaged. The cause has not been identified.

Last Monday, Nikolay Patrushev, who previously led Russia’s Security Council and is currently an aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, alleged that the US and UK were considering attacks on “infrastructure facilities, including undersea fiber optic cables.”

Report: Multiple DOJ, FBI Officials Weigh Lawyering Up in Fear of Being ‘Criminally Investigated’

Multiple former and current DOJ and FBI officials are considering hiring lawyers “in anticipation of being criminally investigated” by the incoming Trump administration, three people with knowledge of their deliberations told NBC News.

The preemptive initiative underscores a serious belief that President-elect Donald Trump will make good on his promise to purge the federal governmentof rogue and corrupt actors within the administrative state.

Last week, Trump transition adviserMark Paoletta warned DOJ career attorneys that subverting, undermining, or sabotaging Trump’s incoming agendawill be cause for termination.

Paoletta cited examples of potential policies the DOJ might have to implement, such as deporting illegal aliens, securing the southern border, banning race-based affirmative action, investigating antisemitism, halting big tech censorship, and granting pardons and commutations to January 6 defendants.

“Everything we did was aboveboard,” a former senior FBI official alleged on NBC News. “But this is a different world.” (That doesn’t mean honest or by the law, it means, Bidan, Garland and Wray approved of it.)

Some career Justice Department officials cried after Trump won the election, according to the report, due to the realization that Trump would likely try to rid the administrative state of a cesspool of corruption. (Anons, many memes needed of DOJ and FBI crying!)

The term “administrative state” describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies, including the national security apparatus, exercising power to create and enforce their own rules. The administrative state uses its rule-making ability to essentially usurp the separation of powers between the three branches of government by creating a so-called fourth branch of government not formed by the Constitution.

In October 2020 Trump signed an executive order (EO) to reclassify federal government employees into Schedule F, which would have allowed the president to enhance accountability, including job performance accountability, within the bureaucratic agencies. “You have some people that are protected that shouldn’t be protected,” Trump said in April about Schedule F.

President Joe Biden canceled the order in 2021, but with Trump’s victory, he could reimplement the executive order and purge the unelected technocrats artificially running the federal government.“It would effectively upend the modern civil service, triggering a shock wave across the bureaucracy,”Axios concluded in 2022 about the EO’s potential impact.

Many unelected bureaucrats within the administrative state use their position to inflict their own agenda on citizens.

Russian parliament passes legislation banning “childless lifestyle” propaganda

Russia's State Duma has passed legislation banning the promotion of a "childless lifestyle" across all forms of media in the country.

In September, Elvira Aitkulova, a senior member of the education committee of the State Duma, along with other representatives, drafted legislation that would ban pro-abortion and anti-family propaganda across multiple platforms, including online, in films, advertisements and media. The legislation seeks to combat the encouragement of childlessness, particularly among young people.

"The bill concerns propaganda – the targeted dissemination of information to promote a lifestyle without family and children," Aitkulova said in September. "It is not about the right of individuals to make personal choices, but about efforts to convince others, especially minors, that a childless life is superior."

Individuals found guilty of promoting "child-free propaganda" could face fines of up to 400,000 rubles ($4,290). Meanwhile, government officials could be fined as much as 800,000 rubles ($8,580) and corporations as high as five million rubles ($53,600).

This law, according to the government, seeks to boost the traditional family values and low birth rate in Russia which currently stands at 1.49 children per woman, far below the replacement rate of 2.1 needed to sustain the population levels. If this trend continues, the United Nations and other organizations suggest that the country's population could decline dramatically in the coming decades, with some estimates predicting a halving by 2100.

The Duma passed the legislation on Nov. 12.

"Everything needs to be done to make sure that new generations of Russians grow up with a focus on traditional family values," Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said right after the law was rubber stamped in the lower house of the Russian parliament.

Legislation also protects Russian children from countries that allow gender transition

The legislation also includes measures restricting the international adoption of Russian children to countries that endorse gender reassignment procedures or allow changes to official documents based on gender identity.

"The most dangerous thing in this situation is that the state can control the absence of a gender change in potential adoptive parents only at the time of adoption on the territory of the Russian Federation," the lawmakers wrote in the explanatory notes of the bill.

"And, therefore, a foreign citizen who has adopted a child who is a citizen of Russia, after returning to the territory of the state of his citizenship, can already change the gender, but the worst thing is that he can change the gender of the adopted child, for example, by starting to use hormone replacement therapy, which is unacceptable."

The provision aims to safeguard children from exposure to ideologies incompatible with the family values of Russia.

"It is extremely important to prevent any encroachment on the possible change of gender by any means in case of adoptions to other countries," said Volodin. Parliament Deputy Speaker Irina Yarovaya echoed a similar statement. "The issue is not that Russia's moral compass and moral foundations aim to protect traditional values and understanding of marriage as the union of man and woman, but it’s the direct protection of a child's life."

The legislation still needs to pass two more readings in the Duma before being sent to the upper house and then to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

John Balbus, who heads the Office of Climate Change and Health Equity, says he is hardwiring his office’s work into the agency to resist President-elect Donald Trump’s vowed reforms of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Balbus’s plan of action entails senior executive service employees, who are the hardest to fire,creating and disseminating a global warming “training module” to all employees for “climate literacy.”

The goal is for his training module to remain even if Trump axes his Office of Climate Change and Health Equity.

The former director of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has made a direct accusation that COVID-19 was “probably” first engineered in a lab at UNC-Chapel Hill by one of its researchers and not a lab in Wuhan, China.

You would think if anything could break through the noise of our news cycle, UFOs could.

This needs to be a bigger deal folks because the American people, nay people of the world, need this right now.

Last week, for the second time in two years, there was a Congressional subcommittee hearing on UFOs, or as they have been foolishly rebranded “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” shortened to UAPs.

One of the visionaries helping uncover the truth is none other than Wisconsin Congressman Glenn Grothman, R-Fond du Lac, who chairs the House Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs.

Last week’s hearing, "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth," including a new slate of witnesses who provided testimony about UFO sightings and what the government may or may not know about them.

One witness, Luis Elizondo, a former military intelligence officer, went so far to say, "Excessive secrecy has led to grave misdeeds against loyal civil servants, military personnel and the public, all to hide the fact that we are not alone in the cosmos."

Last year’s testimony included former Pentagon official David Grusch telling a Congressional committee that he’d learned of a decades-long Pentagon program focused on “crash retrieval and reverse engineering” of UFOs from other planets.

Grusch also said that remains found at the spacecraft crash sites were “non-human biologics.”

Yes, crashed alien spacecraft and dead extraterrestrials made it to the Congressional Record.

However, neither in the aftermath of last year's and last week's hearing did the terms "UFO" "Alien" "UAP" or even "government coverup" break the 25 most searched terms in Google Trends.

What were people searching for last week? Would it surprise you if I said: "mike tyson jake paul fight."

To be fair, neither of these hearings has provided real evidence to prove UFOs or UAPs are extraterrestrial in nature.

But the collection of testimony indicates that UAPs are very real in the sense there are a number of as-yet-unexplained phenomena.

And yet, apparently, most of us do not care enough to let that information even make a blip on our news cycle.

All the more reason that right now is the right time for these tight-lipped folks in defense and intelligence departments, whose jobs could very well be on the chopping block anyways in Trump's administration, to just let it rip.

Declassify everything. Tell us the truth is out there.

Then send Biden and Trump out to do a tag team Bill Pullman-Independence Day-esque speech, where they encourage us to not be consumed by our petty differences and instead be united in our common interests. Give us a new enemy!

Or at the very least, declassify everything just to remind humans of our standing in the universe.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Monday seeking information about how the agency might execute President-elect Donald Trump’s plans for a mass deportation program of illegal migrants.

The ACLU is suing the agency to obtain clues about ICE Air Operations, the network of chartered flights used to repatriate thousands of illegal migrants every year after they’ve been ordered deported.

The ACLU says it aims to shed light on how such operation could be rapidly expanded to fulfill Trump’s pledge for mass deportations upon entering office and howthe U.S. military could be involved. (I bet the people will be happy when the terrorists that came into the country are taken apart by the military)

Trump has vowed to begin the “largest mass deportation operation” of illegal aliens in American history on his first day in office next year, a threat that he has doubled down on since winning the presidential race earlier this month.

On Monday, Trump confirmed a report he intended to declare a national emergency to activate military resources as part of the mass deportation operation.

The Guardian reports the legal action follows the ACLU Foundation of Southern California (ACLU SoCal) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking details on how ICE’s privately chartered flights might be expanded to expedite deportations.

According to the ACLU, ICE failed to respond to the FOIA request, which was filed in August.

“Little is known about how President-elect Trump would carry out its mass deportation agenda, but what we do know is thatthis proposal has already instilled fear among immigrant communities,” Eva Bitran, director of immigrants’ rights at ACLU SoCal, said in a statement.

“The public has a right to know how its taxpayer dollars could be used to fund deportation flights that would tear apart not only families, but also our communities.”(Actually the public wants them out, you are the only ones that want to know.)

Trump’s promise is not without precedent.

In the 1950s, President Dwight D. Eisenhower carried out the largest deportation program of illegal aliens — sending about 1.2 million illegals back to their native countries in the process.

There has been a significant and unusual amount of public reporting on the Committee’s activities this Congress. Much of that reporting has been inaccurate. The Committee’s investigations are conducted confidentially, but the Committee’s confidentiality rules do not prohibit witnesses from disclosing information about the Committee’s requests or conversations with Committee investigators. The Committee is confident in the integrity of its process.

Representative Gaetz has categorically denied all of the allegations before the Committee.
