A huge explosion lit up the night sky around 77 miles from the nearest Ukrainian border at an ammunition store in Karachev, in Russia's Bryansk region.

Antitrust officials also plan to recommend that federal judge Amit Mehta require measures related to artificial intelligence and its Android smartphone operating system and impose data licensing requirements, according to sources who spoke with the news outlet.

 

Mehta branded Google as a ruthless monopolist in a landmark ruling issued in August, saying its ubiquitous search engine had been illegally exploiting its dominance to squash competition and stifle innovation.

 

Google "enjoys an 89.2% share of the market for general search services, which increases to 94.9% on mobile devices," the ruling said.

 

The move would be one of the most aggressive attempts by the Biden administration to curb what it alleges are Big Tech monopolies.

 

Ultimately, however, the reelection of Donald Trump could have the greatest impact over the case.

 

Lee-Anne Mulholland, Google's vice president of regulatory affairs, said the Justice Department "continues to push a radical agenda that goes far beyond the legal issues in this case.

 

"The government putting its thumb on the scale in these ways would harm consumers, developers and American technological leadership at precisely the moment it is most needed," she added.

Putin issues warning to United States with new nuclear doctrine

MOSCOW, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin issued awarning to the United States on Tuesday, lowering the threshold for a nuclear strike just days after the administration of Joe Biden reportedly allowed Ukraine to fire American missiles deep into Russia.

The updated doctrine, formally known as “The basics of state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence”, outlines the threats that would make Russia, the world’s biggest nuclear power, contemplate using such weapons.

Russia would consider a nuclear strike if it, or its ally Belarus, faced aggression “with the use of conventional weapons that created a critical threat to their sovereignty and (or) their territorial integrity”, the new doctrine said.

The previous doctrine, set out in a 2020 decree, said Russia may use nuclear weapons in case of a nuclear attack by an enemy or a conventional attack that threatened the existence of the state.

Other innovations included considering any conventional assault on Russia by a non-nuclear power supported by a nuclear power to be a joint attack. Any mass aerospace attack with aircraft, cruise missiles and unmanned aircraft that crossed Russia’s borders could also trigger a nuclear response.

“Aggression against the Russian Federation and (or) its allies on the part of any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state is considered as their joint attack,” the doctrine said.

“Aggression of any state from a military coalition (bloc, union) against the Russian Federation and (or) its allies is considered as aggression by the coalition (bloc, union) as a whole.”

The Kremlin said Russia considered nuclear weapons as a means of deterrence and that the aim of the updated text was to make absolutely clear to potential enemies that the inevitability of retaliation should they attack Russia.

Together, Russia and the U.S. control 88% of the world’s nuclear warheads. Putin is Russia’s primary decision-maker on the use of Russia’s nuclear arsenal.

The war in Ukraine, which entered its 1,000th day on Tuesday, has triggered the gravest confrontation between Russia and the West since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis - considered to be the closest the two Cold War superpowers came to intentional nuclear war.

The reported decision on the use of U.S. missiles by the outgoing Biden administration - though yet to be confirmed by Washington - has escalated tensions over Ukraine. Washington says Russia’s deployment of North Korean soldiers in Russia is an escalation.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on reports that Kyiv may use U.S.-made ATACMS missiles in support of Ukraine’s military incursion into Russia’s Kursk region, said on Tuesday that the Russian military was monitoring the situation very closely.

Putin said on Sept. 12 that Western approval for such a step would mean “the direct involvement of NATO countries, the United States and European countries in the war in Ukraine” because NATO military infrastructure and personnel would have to be involved in the targeting and firing of the missiles.

“Nuclear deterrence is aimed at ensuring that a potential adversary understands the inevitability of retaliation in the event of aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies,” Peskov said.

The United States in 2022 was so concerned about the possible use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia that it warned Putin over the consequences of using such weapons, according to Central Intelligence Agency Director Bill Burns.

Air defenses have intercepted five US-made projectiles and damaged another, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said

 

The Ukrainian military has launched multiple US-made ATACMS missiles at Russia’s Bryansk Region, some of which have been intercepted, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.

 

US President Joe Biden reportedly authorized the use of donated American weapons for strikes deep inside Russia last week. Moscow had previously said that long-range strikes with Western weapons would constitute a direct war between NATO and Russia.

 

According to a statement from the Defense Ministry, Kiev fired six long-range ballistic missiles identified as ATACMS early on Tuesday morning. Five were intercepted, while another one was damaged and hit the ground at a Russian military site in Bryansk Region. The Russian military said no damage had been caused by the incident.

Allowing Kiev to use US-supplied long-range weapons against Russia will only escalate the conflict that President-elect Donald Trump is trying to end, the incoming White House national security adviser, Mike Waltz, has said.

 

The New York Times reported on Sunday that US President Joe Biden had given Ukraine permission to use ATACMS missiles against Russian territory. Washington has neither confirmed nor denied the anonymously sourced claim.

 

Waltz, a former Green Beret and Florida congressman tapped by Trump to serve as his top aide, told Fox News on Monday that he was not briefed on the move by the outgoing administration, as he normally would be by tradition.

 

“It’s another step up the escalation ladder,” Waltz told Fox host Brian Kilmeade. “And nobody knows where this is going. North Korea is unleashing ballistic missiles, artillery, now tens of thousands of soldiers. The administration responds by lifting this restriction. North Korea sends more soldiers. South Korea is now saying it may get engaged…”

 

Ukraine has accused the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea of sending weapons and thousands of troops to aid Russia. Washington has accepted this claim at face value.

 

“So this is a development, but it’s a tactical one,” Waltz added. “President Trump is talking grand strategy here. How do we get both sides to the table to end this war? What’s the framework for a deal, and who’s sitting at that table?”

 

Trump is putting together an “all-star team” that will consider the broader strategic issues and the ways to “we drive this war to an end,” Waltz said.

 

The Republican president-elect campaigned on ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict, saying he would try to do so even before his January 20 inauguration. Many of his prominent backers have denounced Sunday’s rumored move by the outgoing President Joe Biden as an attempt to make any peace deal more difficult.

 

Under Biden, the US has provided over $64 billion worth of weapons, ammunition and equipment to Ukraine to support Vladimir Zelensky’s war effort against Russia. Washington placed certain restrictions on the use of such weapons, and Zelensky has spent months demanding the lifting of the limitations, as part of his “victory plan.”

 

Moscow has repeatedly warned the US and its allies that any such move would amount to their open involvement in the hostilities. Russian President Vladimir Putin has pointed out that Kiev lacks the capability to use long-range missiles without NATO satellites and military personnel to develop targeting and firing solutions. It was not a matter of the US “giving permission” to Ukraine, but crossing the threshold of direct involvement, Putin told reporters in September.

 

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova acknowledged on Monday that reports of Biden’s decision were still unconfirmed, but added that if Kiev actually used US missiles in such a way, Moscow’s response would be “adequate and tangible.”

The US allowing Ukraine to attack Russia isn’t helping, Slovakia’s Robert Fico has said

 

Lifting restrictions on Ukraine’s use of US-supplied long-range missiles against targets deep into Russian territory is senseless and counterproductive, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has said.

 

Biden has reportedly removed the restrictions on Ukraine’s use of ATACMS missiles, according to a New York Times report on Sunday. The White House has made no official statements.

 

“This is an unprecedented escalation of tensions,” Fico said on Monday, calling it an attempt to negatively affect the policies of US President-elect Donald Trump and “frustrate and delay” any peace talks.

 

Fico added that he was surprised by the speed with which some EU member states welcomed the reported move.

 

“This is simply a confirmation that the European Union is not capable of formulating fundamental foreign policy positions on its own, and that the West wants the war in Ukraine to continue at any cost,” the Slovak PM said.

 

Slovak Defense Minister Robert Kalinak and Foreign Minister Juraj Blanar have been instructed to “oppose this American decision on any world forum,” Fico noted.

 

Bratislava “strongly disagrees” with the US decision, viewing it as a “senseless” move that threatens Slovakia’s national interests, according to Fico. As Ukraine’s neighbor, Slovakia wants to see the conflict end as soon as possible.

President Vladimir Putin warned in September that the use of Western weapons on Russia’s internationally recognised territory would “significantly change the nature of the conflict.” According to Putin, it would mean that “NATO countries are directly involved in the military conflict” with Russia, as their personnel would have to be involved in the targeting process.

 

Slovakia is a member of both the EU and NATO, but Fico has dissented from the policy of both blocs regarding their unconditional support for Kiev, and has joined neighboring Hungary’s calls for a ceasefire and peace instead.

The appointment power is vested in the President under the regime erected by Article II of the Constitution. Two clauses, in particular, grant this power: the Appointments Clause and the Recess Appointments Clause.

 

Given the extensive delays experienced during his first administrationin getting the Senate to approve his nominees expeditiously, President-elect Donald Trump recently proposed the use of recess appointments, if necessary, to briskly stand up his new administration early next year. The question is whether the law and our history confirms the President’s belief that he should be allowed to assemble his Cabinet quickly via recess appointments?The answer is “yes.”

 

Article II Power of Appointment

James Madison proclaimed on the floor of the First Congress that“if any power whatsoever is in its nature Executive, it is the power of appointing, overseeing, and controlling those who execute the laws.”1“Good laws are of no effect without a good Executive; and there can be no good Executive without a responsible appointment of officers to execute.”2

 

The President retains unfettered discretionto select every Officer to be considered by the Senate for confirmation, whereasthe Senate’s advice-and-consent authority is confined to mere binary approbation (i.e., aye or nay)of the President’s nominees. 3From that perspective, it is unsurprising thatthe practiceof Senate committee referrals and thesummoningof presidential nominees forlengthy hearings and invasive inquisitions are modern conventionscompletely foreign to the Constitution’s Framersand were not how the confirmation process, often using voice votes, was operated for most of the country’s history.4

 

The appointment power is vested in the Presidentunder the regime erected byArticle IIof the Constitution.Two clauses, in particular, grant this power: the Appointments Clause and the Recess Appointments Clause. These clauses exist to ensure the efficient appointment and near-perpetual commission of subordinate executive officers under the direct charge of the President, so that gaps in offices led by presidential appointees do not exist for lengthy periods of time.

 

The Appointments Clausegrants to the Senate an advice-and-consent qualification on the appointment of executive officers and, in conjunction with the House, the authority to statutorily create such offices in the first instance,5yet the “entire ‘executive Power’” to appoint, remove, supervise, command and control each and every one of these executive officers and offices“belongs to the President alone”under Article II.6 As Chief Justice Taft observed, the “ordinary duties of officers prescribed by statute come under the general administrative control of the President by virtue of the general grant to him of the executive power,” which necessarily includes the power of “appointment and removal of executive officers” and of “supervis[ing] and guid[ing] their construction of statutes under which they act.”7

 

Whereas underthe Appointments Clause, the “power of appointment is confided to the President and Senatejointly” (in view of the Senate having the power under that clause to withhold consent), the Recess Appointments Clause“authorise[s] the President, singly, to make temporary appointments” to vacant Offices, which may be “necessary for the public service to fill without delay.”8 The Framers additionally saw to it that, notwithstanding the senatorial advice-and-consent qualification on appointments,9 the President “shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies [in Offices] that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.”10 As President Monroe’s Attorney General, William Wirt, propounded in his cornerstone opinion interpreting the ___Recess Appointments Clause__: “The substantial purpose of the [C]onstitution was to keep these offices filled==; and powers adequate to this purpose were intended to be conveyed.”11

The Courts and the Executive Branch have firmly rejected any notion that “a recess appointment is somehow a constitutionally inferior procedure, not entirely valid or in some way suspect” based on the argument that “the normal appointment process envisioned by the Constitution is nomination by the President with confirmation by the Senate.”12

“The Constitution . . . must be regarded as one instrument, all of whose provisions are to be deemed of equal validity.”13 The Appointments Clause, taken in juxtaposition with the Recess Appointment Clause, is no exception. A recess appointee, just like a Senate-confirmed appointee, “is appointed by one of the methods specified in the Constitution itself . . . he holds the office; and he receives its pay.”Furthermore, “[t]here is nothing to suggest that the Recess Appointments Clause was designed as some sort of extraordinary and lesser method of appointment, to be used only in cases of extreme necessity.”15

Recess of the Senate

Under the Recess Appointments Clause, thePresident’s constitutional power to recessappoint Officers to vacant Officeswithout the advice and consent of the Senateis triggered either by an inter-session recess of the Senateor byan intra-session recess of the Senate. The Senate or the House “announces an inter-session recess by approving a resolution stating that it will ‘adjourn sine die,’ i.e., without specifying a date to return (in which case Congress will reconvene when the next formal session is scheduled to begin),” whereas the Senate or House “announces any such ‘intra-session recess’ by adopting a resolution stating that it will ‘adjourn’ to a fixed date, a few days or weeks or even months later.” NLRB v. Noel Canning, 573 U.S. 513, 526 (2014).

Although the applicability of “Recess of the Senate” to intra-session recesses is less clear as a textual matter, this construction has been solidified, indeed liquidated, by longstanding practice, as “Presidents have made thousands of intra-session recess appointments” since 1929. Id. at 529. For example, during intra-session recesses, President Franklin D. Roosevelt recess appointed Dwight D. Eisenhower as a permanent Major General, President Harry Truman recess appointed Dean Acheson as Under Secretary of State, and President George H.W. Bush recess appointed Alan Greenspan as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board. Id.

However,not every nominal“Recess of the Senate” (whether inter-session or intra-session) of the Senatepermits use of the President’s recess appointment power. The Congressional Adjournments Clause provides that “[n]either House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three [3] days.”16 Derived from this bicameral consent-to-adjourn requirement is the rule of thumb that if the Senate’s recess is “so short that it does not require the consent of the House, it is too short [per se] to trigger the Recess Appointments Clause.” Noel Canning, 573 U.S. at 538. The Supreme Court synthesized from this rule of thumb and historical practice that a Senate Recess “of more than 3 days but less than 10 days ispresumptivelytoo short to fall within the Clause” as well.17 Id. (emphasis added).

Thus, if the Senate is in recess for at least 10 days, the President may grant recess commissions to fill up all vacancies in Offices for any reason, i.e. ones that (1) may still exist as a sine die adjournment period begins or that arise after the sine dieadjournment period begins but before it ends (inter-session recesses); (2) may still exist as an intra-session recess begins, or (3) may arise during the intra-session recess itself (with categories (2) and (3) both being species of intra-session recesses). Recess commissions granted by the President to fill vacant Offices retain constitutional validity until either the Senate confirms the recess appointee for permanent appointment to the Office (if the President opts to use the Appointments Clause) or otherwise until the end of the next session of the Senate if the President desires to use only the Recess Appointments Clause. A President who grants a recess commission traditionally also seeks permanent appointment of the recess appointee to the Office by simultaneously submitting his nomination to the Senate for full consideration under the advice-and-consent check. For this reason, recess appointments are not invariably a mechanism that bypasses the Senate.

Ukraine Attacks Russia Using US Supplied ATACMS Missiles

 

Ukraine has carried out its first strike on Russian territory with US-supplied long-range missiles just days after the Biden administration gave Kyiv the green light despite fears it could escalate the conflict beyond control.

 

A fiery explosion at an ammunition depot in Karachev around 75 miles from the Ukrainian border in Russia's Bryansk region lit up the night sky early this morning on what is the 1,000th day of war in Ukraine.

 

Eyewitnesses and Russian military bloggers first reported the attack, with Ukrainian military officials later confirming to RBC Ukraine the strike was indeed conducted with the US-manufactured ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile System).

 

'The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in the event of aggression against it with the use of conventional weapons,' Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters in Russia this morning.

 

His statement followed Vladimir Putin's approval of an updated nuclear doctrine that allows his strategic forces to deploy nuclear weapons if Russian or Belarusian territory is threatened by a non-nuclear nation supported by a nuclear power.

 

Threats that could make Russia's leadership consider a nuclear strike include an attack with conventional missiles, drones or other aircraft, according to the updated document.

 

A Ukrainian strike on Russian territory with US-supplied missiles meets these criteria, raising fears that Moscow may now consider a dramatic escalation in the conflict.

 

As reported before, the Biden regime is desperately trying to bring the world to nuclear war. All because they lost an election, badly so, and are failing to implement their totalitarian fascistic/communistic one world government agenda! The Biden regime, as well the Ukrainian government, rather the world be wiped out in a nuclear holocaust than lose and accept a peaceful compromise. Justice Scalia, writing for the remaining members of the Noel Canning Court in a concurrence, agreed with the majority and proclaimed that “Members of the President’s party in Congress may be able toprevent the Senatefrom holding pro forma sessions with the necessary frequency, and if the House and Senate disagree, the Presidentmay be able to adjourn both‘to such Time as he shall think proper.’”22 Ergo, there is broad consensus that “all nine justices of the Supreme Court [in Noel Canning] agreed that the President could use the Adjournment Clause to force an adjournment long enough, under the Noel Canning majority opinion’s holding and review of the history of presidential nominations, to make recess appointments, as long as there is a disagreement between the Senate and the House regarding when to adjourn.”23

 

Federal Vacancies Reform Act

 

Recognizing the imperativeof keeping the Executive Branch functioning properly and avoiding overlong vacancies,Congress passed a law to allow the President to fill vacancies with acting officersas a bridge to completing the confirmation process. This is the Federal Vacancies Reform Act (FVRA).

 

The FVRA process can also be lawfully used toextend recess appointments by up to 210 daysand this has occurred in the past without incident.24

 

President George W. Bush recess appointed Eugene Scalia to be Solicitor of Labor on January 11, 2002.25 In late November 2002, the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) was asked “whether Eugene Scalia, now serving as the Solicitor for the Department of Labor under a recess appointment, could be designated the Acting Solicitor after his recess appointment expires” if he were appointed to a non-career senior executive service (SES) position beforehand.26 OLC concluded that “Mr. Scalia could be designated, while serving in his non-career [SES] position, as the Acting Solicitor after his recess appointment expires.”27There is no reason that President Trump could not make use of the FVRA in the same way that President Bush did.At no point in between 2002 and now has Congress ever amended the FVRA to render the FVRA’s augmentation of a recess appointment effectively continued by redesignating the recess-appointed officer to the same office in an acting capacity. Indeed, six Justices of the Supreme Court (Roberts, C.J., along with Kennedy, Thomas, Breyer, Alito, and Kagan) fully endorsed a strict and broad textual reading of the FVRA (declining to allow non-first assistant to the General Counsel of the NLRB to go on serving as the Acting General Counsel by President Obama, even though that official was one of the three types of officials the FVRA generally allowed to serve as an acting officer, because his service was prohibited by a separate textual provision of the FVRA).28

Paying Recess Appointees

 

Finally, it should be noted that, conventionally, on account of having been appointed to the Office by one of the methods specified by the Constitution itself,a recess appointee must receive pay on the same plane as any Senate-confirmed officer. The Pay Act Amendment of 1940, 5 U.S.C. § 5503, which purports to prohibit the use of funds to pay recess appointees to many vacancies that existed while the Senate was in session, attempted to invade this constitutional principle.However, that statute is unconstitutional in three respects and would not survive a challenge: (1) it encroaches upon the President’s unmistakable and historically acknowledged power (in both Noel Canning and SW General) to make recess appointments during intra-session recesses; (2) it requires the President to submit certain categories of intra-session recess appointments to the Senate for confirmation within 40 days of the start of the next session of the Senate (whereas the Constitution does not requireany procedurebe used to later confirm recess-appointed officers at all, as long as their appointment does not exceed the end of the session in which they were appointed); and (3) any application of its pay restrictions to Article III Judges infringes upon those Judges’ special right, which other officers do not have, to undiminished compensation.

In conclusion,the President’s full range of powers under the Recess Appointments Clause, the base Appointments Clause, and those two sets of powers as supplemented by the FVRA are broad and extremely powerful —more than adequate to put the Houses of Congress into recess for a sufficient length of time and make recess appointments== to fill out subordinate Executive Branch roles to avoid any delay in the enactment of his agenda.

Dem Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs said Monday she is willing to work with President-elect Donald Trump’s new administration on border security issues like stopping fentanyl trafficking, but not in areas that she said could harm Arizona families such as mass deportation.

 

Hobbs traveled to the Arizona-Mexico border on Monday to trumpet her state’s National Guard work helping crack down on smuggling of the deadly synthetic opioid into the U.S. through Nogales, Arizona. More than half of all border seizures of the drug are made in Nogales.

 

“Border security was a core issue of the Trump campaign," Hobbs told reporters as vehicles moved behind her. “I look forward to having conversations with the incoming president about Arizona’s needs, including border security and the work we’ve done here to build these partnerships that are actually producing results and how we can continue those partnerships under his administration.”

 

But, she added, there are Arizona families who “are worried about threats from the Trump administration as well.”

 

“I will not tolerate actions that harm Arizonans, that harm our communities and quite honestly, divert resources from providing real security at our border,” Hobbs said.

 

Trump has promised to conduct the largest deportation operation in American history, something that would upend the lives of the 11 million people living in the United States without authorization, many of whom have family members who are U.S. citizens.

 

“I will stand up to protect Arizonans from harm by the federal government, from anyone," Hobbs said, but “I’m not going to comment on hypotheticals. We don’t know what a mass deportation plan will look like, what resources it will involve.”

 

Hobbs also touted Operation Secure, her initiative deploying the National Guard to assist local and federal enforcement in Arizona's border communities like Nogales. The governor said 170 Arizona National Guard members are assigned to counterdrug efforts statewide, including 40 at the border in Nogales.

 

The governor's border visit comes less than two weeks after Democrats suffered blistering losses at the polls in Arizona, with Trump defeating Vice President Kamala Harris by a margin of about 185,000 votes statewide and beefing up the Republican majority in the Arizona Legislature.

 

Hobbs said Monday that border security is not a “Republican or Democratic issue” and she will work with “anyone” to keep the border safe.

 

Troy Miller, acting head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, also spoke at the news conference and called National Guard members “a critical force multiplier” for his agency's operations at the Nogales port.

 

“The scope of this problem is too large and the stakes are too high for us to do this work alone,” Miller said. “That’s why I’m so proud of the partnerships we have built, especially the ones right here in Arizona.”

Initially, Mace had planned to introduce her legislation as a privileged resolution on Monday evening, one source told The Hill, a strategy that would have required House leadership to schedule a vote within two legislative days. However, those plans were shelved due to ongoing negotiations with leadership over the best path forward.

 

Mace is now advocating, according to the source, for the measure to be included in the rules package for the 119th Congress or to be brought to the floor as a standalone rule for a direct vote. The House will vote on the rules package in early January. If neither options materialize, Mace is prepared to force a vote on the legislation.

 

The legislation comes on the heels of Delaware electing the first openly transgender member of Congress, Democrat Rep.-elect Sarah McBride.

Republican National Committee Chair Michael Whatley said on Monday that the Bucks County, Pennsylvania commissioners who allowed undated mail-in ballots to be counted in the recent general election could face criminal prosecution.

 

Whatley told The Daily Caller in an interview on Monday, "We have been very clear that we are going to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, folks that are not following the law, that are trying to cheat in these elections. We're going to pursue every legal means that we can against these officials for improperly saying that they're going to count these ballots."

 

He added that the RNC is exploring whether one of the commissioners could be criminally prosecuted for comments she made in a meeting last Thursday, in which she stated that, "precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country" because "people violate laws anytime they want."

 

Whatley said that statement deserves investigation.

 

"We certainly are exploring that right now, and we will pursue this to the fullest extent that we can," Whatley said.

 

The RNC has already filed a lawsuit against all 67 county boards of elections in Pennsylvania seeking to enforce the state's requirement that voters include the date on mail-in ballots. The RNC and Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick alleged that the Democratic county commissioners in Bucks County voted to allow 405 undated and misdated mail-in ballots.

 

"By counting undated and misdated mail ballots for the 2024 General Election, they are disobeying this Court's commands many times over," the RNC said in the lawsuit.

I was offered $500 for a phone interview by a pharmaceutical research firm to give my opinion on hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.

 

This was my reply to their email:

 

I’m probably not the best person to ask about this as I’ve lost faith in the modern medical paradigm of disease management which attempts to hack our infinitely complex physiology without ever fully understanding it or its interrelationships with the microbiome (and everything else). We’re an irreducibly complex system and disease is not a sign that we’re “broken”, it’s simply an expression of the environmental inputs that are determined not only by the physical world with its toxins, pathogens and nutrients, but by our mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and the “toxins,” “pathogens,” and “nutrients,” present in those higher realms, which are reflected in our physical bodies. Trying to find a simple biochemical solution for a physical problem without understanding what really causes it at a deep level will either worsen the physical problem over time or lead to shunting it into some other physical or non-physical manifestation.

 

So the ultimate goal of medicine can’t just be the resolution of symptoms, it must be the resolution of the deeper causes that are being manifested as those symptoms. Symptoms are just the immune system fighting off toxins and pathogens. The immune system isn’t broken in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia or any other disease. It is doing its job perfectly. The “trestment” our modern paradigm will find will simply attempt to block a specific immune function so that the illness doesn’t manifest any more. This is a fundamental misunderstanding of what is going on. It doesn’t address why the immune system is acting up. Since it doesn’t address the why, it will always fail. It’s like someone being burned from a fire and their solution is to numb themselves up and try to speed up their healing so the burning is no longer apparent. Fires tend to spread and get worse if you dont put them out and so do the underlying causes of disease. Eventually the salves and lotions and numbing agents will fail to cover up the burning, or you'll just be all burnt up.

 

Patients and physicians both need to wake up and realize life isn't all about comfort, it's about refining the self, and because that is the fundamental nature of our reality, problems will always arise. They are only signs pointing to the ultimate problem everyone has, which is themselves. Our selves are what needs fixing. Disease is just a means to make us realize that. The secret to healing is to embrace its true meaning.

I feel the need to say a thing.

From ⭐⭐⭐General Kwast, to the people that only made it for the last day… Everyone was treated as royalty. Everyone was acknowledged for their part in the war that we have been waging for freedom.

 

I'm as transparent a dude as you will ever find online.. And I will honestly say. Jon, Badlands Media, and all of the Badlanders, are as real and legit as it gets.

 

If my life permits it, I will never miss a future GART event.

I'm proud to say, I was a part of an event that will make sure our children will enjoy the freedoms that come with the Republic we stand to keep.
