Transfer of nukes to Kiev would be viewed as attack on Russia – RT

Moscow will consider any threat of nuclear arms being supplied to Ukraine by the US as preparation for a direct war with Russia, former president Dmitry Medvedev has warned. The actual transfer of nuclear weapons would be tantamount to an attack on the country under Russia’s new nuclear doctrine, he added.

In a Telegram post on Tuesday, Medvedev referenced a recent report in the New York Times. In a piece bylined by four of its journalists, the NYT claimed that US and EU officials are “discussing deterrence as a security guarantee” for Ukraine, claiming a conversation is underway to consider giving Ukraine nuclear weapons.

US politicians and journalists are seriously discussing the consequences of providing Kiev with nuclear weapons, said Medvedev, who serves as the deputy chair of the Russian Security Council.

“Looks like my sad joke about crazy senile Biden, who’s eager to go out with a bang and take a substantial part of humanity with him, is becoming dangerously real,” he said.

Medvedev argued that the idea of “giving nukes to a country that’s at war with the greatest nuclear power” is so absurd that Biden and anyone else considering such a step must have “massive paranoid psychosis.”

The former president said the threat of transferring nuclear weapons to Kiev would be viewed as preparation for a nuclear conflict with Russia.

“The fact of transferring such weapons may be considered as the launch of an attack against our country in accordance with Paragraph 19 of the ‘Basic Principles of State Policy on Nuclear Deterrence’,” he wrote.

Medvedev was referring to Russia’s recently revised nuclear doctrine in which President Vladimir Putin lowered the threshold for Moscow’s use of its nuclear weapons.

Putin ordered a change in the nation’s nuclear doctrine in late September and approved the document on November 19. The move came as the US and several Western nations allowed Ukraine to use foreign-made long-range weapons for strikes deep inside Russia, despite Moscow’s warning that this would escalate the conflict and result in NATO’s direct participation in the hostilities.

The document allows Moscow to treat an attack by a non-nuclear state, backed by a nuclear power, as equivalent to direct nuclear aggression.

Last week, Russia carried out a strike on Ukraine using the latest Oreshnik medium-range hypersonic missile, saying it was a response to Kiev’s cross-border attacks using US-made ATACMS and HIMARS systems, as well as British-made Storm Shadow missiles.

West Nudges Ukraine to Dirty Bomb and Nuclear Terrorism – Russian Security Service – SputnikGlobe

"The collective West, led by the US, aiming to preserve its dominance and continue its predatory colonial policies, can only respond to these processes with the 'stoking' of general tension," Director of Russia's FSB Security Service Alexander Bortnikov said during a CIS meeting in Moscow.

The West is secretly pushing Kiev to engage in nuclear terrorist activities, as well as to create a "dirty bomb," the Director of Russia's FSB Security Service Alexander Bortnikov said at a meeting of heads of security and intelligence services of CIS countries in Moscow.

Kiev is capable of provoking an incident with a "dirty bomb" to counter Russia and its goals in the special military operation, as existing capabilities allow Ukraine to create such a device, said Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, earlier in November. Ukrainian Security Service employees are being trained in the use, manufacture, and detonation of a "dirty bomb" in crowded places, the general reported.

A "dirty bomb" is a container filled with radioactive isotopes and an explosive charge. When detonated, the container breaks apart and the radioactive material is scattered by the shockwave, causing widespread contamination over large areas.

Ukraine Turned Into Testing Ground For Instability Tools

The West has turned Ukraine into a laboratory for methods to undermine the security of not just Russia but the entire post-Soviet space, stated Bortnikov.

"Through their efforts, Ukraine has been transformed into a testing ground for experimenting with methods to undermine the security of not only Russia but the entire post-Soviet space," the FSB director noted.

US Foreign Policy To Remain Unchanged

It is unlikely that President-elect Donald Trump's victory will lead to a fundamental change in Washington's foreign policy, stated Bortnikov.

"It is unlikely that the election of a new US president will lead to a radical change in Washington's foreign policy," he added.

Biden May Try to Escalate As Farewell Gift

It is possible that the outgoing team of US President Joe Biden will try to exacerbate the situation in Eurasia to complicate political decision-making for the incoming administration, Bortnikov added.

"The first step has already been taken: the Kiev regime has been allowed to launch long-range missile strikes deep into Russian territory, which will inevitably lead to an escalation of the conflict in Ukraine and its surrounding regions," he explained.

Ukraine Became Shadow Arms Market

A global shadow arms market has been created in Ukraine, with weapons constantly being transferred to other unstable regions, stated Bortnikov.

Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh was forced to admit: “The United States does not have any indication that there is a presence of North Korean troops in Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine”

The United States does not have any indication that there is a presence of North Korean troops in Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine, Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh said on Nov. 25.

"What we're seeing is that (North Korean troops are) positioned around the Kursk region, not moving into Ukraine at the moment," Singh said during a press briefing.

The Pentagon's statement clarifies reports of approximately 11,000 North Korean troops amassing in Russia's Kursk Oblast, training alongside Russian troops in the fight against Ukraine. A Pentagon spokesperson said on Nov. 13 that some North Korean troops have already been deployed to fight together with Russian forces.

A source with Ukraine's General Staff also indicated to Reuters on Nov. 23 that the majority of North Korean soldiers were finalizing training.

In recent months, Russia has focused on regaining territory lost in the country's Kursk Oblast following a surprise Ukrainian incursion into the region in August. According to the source in Ukraine's General Staff, Ukraine has lost over 40 percent of the territory it previously gained in Kursk Oblast due to Russian counterattacks.

NATO allies believe that Russian President Vladimir Putin is aiming to recapture territory lost in Kursk Oblast before U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20, the Telegraph reported, hoping to gain leverage in future peace negotiations.

Addressing unconfirmed reports that upwards of 500 North Korean troops have been killed in Kursk, Singh said that the U.S. could not independently confirm the casualties.

"What we've said before is that they're in (the Kursk) region and certainly poised to engage the Ukrainians in combat. But I can't confirm those reports that there have been casualties yet."

Moscow and Pyongyang signed a strategic partnership agreement in June, pledging to provide military support to one another if either country comes under attack.

On Nov. 25, Reuters reported, citing researchers at the U.S.-based James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, that North Korea is expanding a key weapons production complex that assembles KN-23 short-range ballistic missiles used by Russia against Ukraine.

Russia expels British diplomat over ‘spying’ fears – RT

The UK national made false statements when entering the country, Moscow’s security agency has said

An employee of the British Embassy in Moscow has been deemed a security threat, after Russian investigators found inconsistencies in his paperwork, the FSB security service announced on Tuesday.

The individual, who is suspected of being a spy, has been ordered to leave the country, the statement said.

The British official was identified as Wilks Edward Prior, who the FSB said holds the position of second secretary in the Embassy's political department. The agency claimed the man was sent to Moscow as a replacement for one of the six alleged intelligence officers that Russia expelled in August.

”When applying for a visa, [Prior] intentionally made false statements, which is a violation of Russian law,” the statement said. “The FSB also found signs that the diplomat was conducting intelligence and sabotage activities that threaten the security of the Russian Federation.”

The FSB noted that the Russian Foreign Ministry and other government bodies had weighed in on the decision to revoke Prior's diplomatic credentials and order him to leave Russia within two weeks.

The British Foreign Office and the Russian Foreign Ministry have yet to comment on the announcement.

After the FSB statement was issued, Russian media reported seeing an Embassy car driving towards the Foreign Ministry building. Ambassador Nigel Casey is believed to have been summoned to be formally notified about the development.

In mid-September, the FSB announced that it had determined six Embassy staff members to be security threats. The Russian agency claimed at the time that London was playing a key role in the “escalation of the international military-political situation” and the Western campaign to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.

US needs Ukraine's rare earth metals, including lithium — TASS

MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. The United States needs Ukraine's rare-earth metals, including lithium, and intends to take them as payment for military assistance, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with participants in the academic and educational program of the A. M. Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Fund "Dialogue for the Future."

"It is no coincidence that US Senator Lindsey Graham said outright (he is not a diplomat and does not hide his thoughts), that the US needs to ensure that Russia suffer a defeat in Ukraine, because there are many rare-earth metals, including lithium," Lavrov said. "He said so to Vladimir Zelensky when he visited him recently. He said that the US needs these riches. And he added that they would help Ukraine and in return they would take all this from it as payback."

Lavrov noted that American companies had already bought up most of the fertile land.

"They keep talking about the 'Black Sea initiative', about the need to feed Africa. First of all, the West exported more than 50% of grain to the European Union, and not to Africa. American corporations made money on this grain. And they want to do the same to the rest of our neighbor's wealth," Lavrov stressed.

Polish farmers threaten to block all border crossings with Ukraine – RT

Protests are set to resume unless Warsaw reverses an agricultural tax hike and a planned deal with South American nations

Polish farmers have warned that they will resume their blockade of the Ukrainian border next month unless the government in Warsaw reconsiders its stance towards the influx of cheap produce from Ukraine, as well as the EU’s green policies.

Activists blocked the main border crossing at Medyka-Shehyni from Friday until late Sunday, and have given the authorities until December 10 to address their grievances.

On Monday, the Polish Press Agency quoted Roman Kondrow, the head of a regional farmers’ association, as saying: “we will write down all our demands and present them to the agriculture minister. Should the minister disregard our concerns and merely present promises, we will once again block the road and demand talks with Prime Minister Donald Tusk.”

According to the Polish media, approximately 30 people blocked the crossing late last week, allowing one truck per hour to cross the border, with exemptions made for buses, as well as humanitarian and military cargo.

The farmers expressed outrage at the government’s failure to honor its promise not to raise the agriculture tax and keep it at the 2023 level. They also denounced several other newly introduced regulations.

The protesters also slammed the EU plans to sign a free trade agreement with the Mercosur bloc of South American nations. They fear that the deal could result in an influx of cheap produce that would undercut Polish farmers.

Commenting on last week’s border blockade, Ukrainian authorities criticized Polish farmers for “using the border as a tool to influence their government.” Some commentators in the country were quick to point the finger at Russia, suggesting that Moscow is paying the protesters.

Back in March, tens of thousands of Polish agricultural workers simultaneously blocked roads in several hundred locations nationwide, including outside the capital, Warsaw.

Stratofortress bombers from UK buzz Russia in show of force as NATO chief warns Europe to brace for TOTAL WAR with Putin

The jets BRAVELY [kek] flew over one of Mad Vlad's most militarised territories

TWO US Stratofortress bombers have carried out a mission flying near Russian airspace in a powerful show of force to Moscow.

The move comes after a senior NATO chief warned that Europe must prepare for total war with Putin as nations are stepping up both military and civilian defences amid rising tensions.

In recent weeks North Korea has sent thousands of troops to support Mad Vlad and last Tuesday embattled Kyiv unleashed its first long-range missile into Russia.

There are now fears that war will spill over national borders, with Germany being the latest country to ramp up precautionary measures.

On Monday, two US Air Force B-52 bombers — codenamed “PHARO FLIGHT” — headed northeast over the North Sea before entering northern Europe.

Radar data showed the aircraft departing from RAF Fairford in the UK, flying over the Baltic Sea and nearing Russian territory in Kaliningrad.

One of the planes, identified by Hans Kristensen of the Federation of American Scientists as B-52 60-0024, crossed into Finnish airspace.

Both bombers are conventional-only models, underscoring NATO’s focus on strategic deterrence without nuclear escalation.

The B-52 Stratofortress, a symbol of US air power since the Cold War, is a versatile long-range heavy bomber capable of carrying a variety of weapons.

Its endurance and adaptability make it a cornerstone of US and allied defence strategies, particularly in deterrence and precision-strike operations.

The B-52s’ mission over northern Europe and the Baltic Sea sends a clear message to Moscow: NATO remains vigilant and capable of projecting power in contested regions.

The choice to fly near Kaliningrad, one of Russia’s most militarised territories, highlights the alliance’s readiness to counter any aggression.

At the same time, preparations in Germany and Nordic Europe call for wartime economic resilience underline the broader challenges facing NATO.

As tensions escalate, member nations are reinforcing both military and civilian defence systems to prepare for potential conflict.

And as NATO increases its military posturing and civilian readiness, Russia will likely view these moves as provocative, further straining relations.

The Sun has contacted the US Air Force and the UK Ministry of Defence for more information.

Speaking in Brussels, a senior NATO official on Monday urged businesses to adopt a wartime mindset, adjusting production and supply chains to reduce vulnerabilities to coercion from adversarial nations like Russia and China.

“Economic resilience is as critical as military strength,” the chair of NATO's military committee, Dutch Admiral Rob Bauer, said.

He went on to emphasise that supply chains for crucial industries must be restructured to withstand potential disruptions or blackmail.

Germany, meanwhile, is taking tangible steps to protect its population from the fallout of a worsening international security environment.

The country's World War Three preparation plans have been revealed in a 1,000-page secret document dubbed "Operation Deutschland".

The German interior ministry announced plans to expand the availability of air raid shelters by re-purposing public and private spaces such as basements, underground car parks, and subway stations.

A proposed app would also guide citizens to the nearest bunker.

The initiative, dubbed the “bunker plan”, reflects Germany’s response to the mounting threat of war spilling beyond Ukraine’s borders.

Nordic citizens have also been provided with terrifying war survival guides as nations on Putin's doorstep brace for World War Three.

Millions of pamphlets landed in Swedish homes eerily titled: "If Crisis or War Comes," while other nations issue their own chilling advice to fearful citizens.

Stockholm has warned of what they call the worsening security situation - otherwise known as Russia's bloody invasion of Ukraine - and urged Swedes to prepare for conflict.

Meanwhile neighbouring Finland have published its own chilling advice online to prepare "for incidents and crises".

In a scarily detailed section on military conflict, the digital brochure describes how the government and president would respond in the event of an armed attack.

The Finnish brochure stressed that its authorities are "well prepared for self defence".

Norwegians also received a pamphlet urging residents to know how to manage on their own for a week in the event of extreme weather - or war.

In summer, Denmark's emergency management agency put out a warning to Danish adults detailing the water, food and medicine necessary to get through three days of crisis.

Sweden and Finland recently gave up neutrality to join Nato after witnessing the atrocities Putin has unleashed in Ukraine since 2022.

While Sweden and Norway have not shied away from warning residents of war via pamphlet, Finland's Helsinki government decided not to print a copy for each home.
