In Shasta County, California, the results of their elections are not legitimately certifiable. Concerned citizens pointed out the following:

“Good Afternoon, My name is Patty Plumb and this is my Husband Ron Plumb and the Date is Friday, November 29, 2024, here in beautiful Downtown Redding, CA. I want to make it clear, first of all that I am speaking as a Concerned Citizen of Shasta County and Not as a Election Commissioner. This Press Release today, is in Response to our Appointed Clerk and Recorder, Thomas Toller’s comments, regarding the Protest and Demonstration here, at the Street Corner, near the Election Office on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. PRESS RELEASE 11-26-24 The citizens of Shasta County are currently being disenfranchised.

The US Supreme Court in 1915 (US vs Mosley)1 concluded that we not only have the right to cast a vote, but to have that vote counted accurately. Shasta County did not follow the user manual provided by Hart InterCivic (Verity Ballot Printing Guidelines, pg 33) and as a result a printing error on live ballots occurred. One out of two ballots are being rejected and must be duplicated. California Voting System Standards are not being met in Shasta County. The voting system (Hart InterCivic) as it is currently utilized, has a misfeed rate (rejection rate) of approximately 250 ballots for every 500 ballots scanned, or 250/500. This far exceeds the State Voting System Standards set forth by the Secretary of State, that allow for no more than 1 misfeed per 500 ballots scanned, or 1/500.2 The duplication process is conducted in private with no meaningful observation.

The process is complicated and lacks a clear workflow. Most concerningly, the duplication process is done without maintaining chain of custody, and observers are not permitted to look over the shoulder of the individual creating the duplicate ballot3, nor are they able to look over the shoulder of the individual double-checking the accuracy of the duplicated ballot.

AB969 provided for cases such as ours by creating a new law, Ca EC 15270.3, which states that an “elections official may conduct a manual vote count in the event of a natural disaster or other state of emergency in which use of a certified voting system is not feasible.

“ We declare that what is happening here in Shasta County is a state of emergency, in which the use of a certified voting system is not feasible. We insist that a 100% manual hand count be conducted to ensure accuracy and transparency in Shasta County’s elections. We demand that election officials guilty of the maladministration described above be placed on administrative leave effective immediately.”

Hollywood production companies that sprouted during the past decade to serve the growing demands of streaming services are struggling as those services cut back on production and scrutinize budgets. This market correction has impacted everyone – from the world’s largest entertainment companies, which have cut staff, to prop houses, real estate developers and the independents like SpringHill.

“The entertainment market shift in 2022/2023 toward profitability brought rising costs, slower buyer decisions, and impacts from industry strikes, prompting us to recalibrate, including writing off underperforming projects to position ourselves for future growth,” SpringHill Chief Executive Officer Maverick Carter said via email, adding that the company is expected to exceed projections this year.

SpringHill recently agreed to a merger with Fulwell 73, the British production outfit behind The Kardashians and the Grammy Awards, a deal that will give the combined company more scale during a challenging business environment. The company, which will have 250 employees, is aiming to be profitable by the end of next year, following a round of staff cuts.

The numbers also highlight the challenges specific to celebrity-backed production companies. These startups were able to raise money at inflated valuations relative to their business fundamentals and have since struggled to live up to the lofty expectations.

James is a trailblazer among athletes. He started a media enterprise while still playing at the highest level, inspiring peers such as Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant to do the same. Carter, James’ longtime friend and business partner, runs the business day to day.

They produced films and TV shows, ran a marketing company, sold apparel and started Uninterrupted, which produces their talk show The Shop. In 2020, James and Carter combined all of their media businesses under SpringHill, named for the apartment complex where James grew up in Akron, Ohio.

SpringHill succeeded where many other celebrity-backed ventures did not. While James is the company’s chairman, most of what they produce doesn’t involve him being in front of the camera. Save for the occasional appearance on The Shop, or a starring role in basketball-themed projects like Space Jam and the Netflix docuseries Starting 5, James is still focused on playing ball. Carter has earned the respect of the business community and sits on the board of concert giant Live Nation.

“We built this business with LeBron, not around him,” Carter said, adding that James “remains deeply engaged in driving the vision and mission he helped shape, focusing more actively on certain passion projects.”

This evacuation order, Yaalon claimed on Sunday, is an attempt to hide the ongoing “ethnic cleansing” of Palestinians.

“I am compelled to warn about what is happening there and is being concealed from us,” he told Israel’s Kan broadcaster. “At the end of the day, war crimes are being committed,” he added, citing information supposedly provided by IDF commanders in Gaza.

“The path they’re dragging us down is to occupy, annex, and ethnically cleanse. What is going on there? There is no Beit Lahia, no Beit Hanoun, they are operating now in Jabalia and basically cleaning the area of Arabs,” he said in a separate interview with Democrat TV on Saturday, referring to several neighborhoods inside the evacuation zone.

France on the Brink: Government Headed for Collapse as Le Pen Backs No Confidence Vote Against PM Barnier

The neo-liberal French government is likely headed toward collapse this week after Marine Le Pen’s National Rally confirmed that it would join with the left on a motion of no confidence after Prime Minister Michel Barnier attempted to push through financial austerity measures through without a vote in the parliament.

After weeks of negotiations, Prime Minister Michel Barnier turned to a controversial legal loophole in the French constitution, article 49.3, which allows his government to pass through effective cuts to social security benefits without a vote in the National Assembly.

Barnier, the former EU Brexit negotiator, was installed in the Hôtel Matignon as PM by President Emmanuel Macron in September following a three-way split in the parliament after Macron’s disastrous decision to call for snap legislative elections in July following his party’s drubbing to Marine Le Pen’s Rassemblement National (RN) party in the EU elections in June.

The centrist establishment Les Républicains politician was pitched as a steady hand to steer the French state through the country’s deep political divide and the looming debt crisis, which threatens to see EU funding cut unless fiscal reforms are implemented. In total, Barnier has called for 60 billion euros ($63 billion) in tax hikes and spending cuts in his contentious budget.

Appearing before the National Assembly at the Palais Bourbon on Monday, Barnier said per Le Figaro that he had “reached the end of the dialogue” and therefore said that he would turn to deploying article 49.3 to push through a measure to delay inflation adjustments to social security payments to seniors, a move which his government has claimed would save the country around €4 billion, but which opponents argue puts undue cost on the elderly.

Immediately after Barnier’s statement, leader of the far-left La France Insoumise party — the main force within the leftist New Popular Front (NFP) political alliance, Mathilde Panot announced a measure to censure the government.

While the left has been attempting to overthrow the government for months, claiming that it was the winner of the election — despite the NFP receiving far fewer votes than the National Rally — this time they were joined by the Le Pen faction, nearly guaranteeing a no confidence measure will succeed.

National Rally President Jordan Bardella said: “There is no way out for a government that reconnects with the thread of Macronism, which refuses to take into account the social emergency at the end of the month and which ignores the need to relaunch growth.

“The National Rally will vote for censure.”

German Chancellor Pledges More Ukraine Aid During First Kyiv Trip in Over Two Years

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz visited Ukraine for the first time in more than two years Monday and vowed to keep supporting Kyiv in the war, just weeks after he was rebuked by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for having a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The conflict is approaching a pivotal new phase, with the new U.S. administration of Donald Trump taking office next month and potentially determining the trajectory of the war after the president-elect´s pledge to end the fighting.

Ukraine is sensitive to whether cracks might be appearing in the unity of its Western allies to keep helping it against Russia, as Putin banks on outlasting the West’s commitment to Ukraine.

With the war soon to enter its fourth year, Zelenskyy said he disagreed with Scholz´s call with Putin. Zelenskyy said it could prompt phone calls with other leaders, possibly reducing Putin´s international isolation and legitimizing his full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Scholz, meanwhile, defended the call, explaining he wanted to remind Putin that Ukraine is a sovereign and independent state that should be able to decide its own future. He also stressed that he conveyed to Putin that Ukraine is not alone and that its partners will continue their support.

Germany is Ukraine’s second-largest backer after the United States, and a vociferous supporter, but Scholz has refused to budge on two of Zelenskyy´s key requests: supplying German- and Swedish-made Taurus long-range missiles to Ukraine and inviting it to join NATO quickly.

“During the meeting, which was warm and friendly, we discussed many topics, including the steadfast friendship between Israel and the United States and the importance of continuing to nurture the unique bond between our nations,” she wrote in an Instagram post in English and in Hebrew.

“I also brought to the President’s attention the immense suffering Israel endured on October 7th and the inhumanity of Hamas terrorists holding our citizens hostage under harsh conditions. I emphasized the urgent need to act for their release and swift return,” she said.

“We also discussed the strategic importance of Israel’s victory in the fight against the axis of evil, for a more stable and secure future in the Middle East and around the world,” Netanyahu wrote, adding that she congratulated Trump on his election victory.

The Police Investigations Department (PID) arrested a high-ranking officer in the Israel Prison Service (IPS) on Monday after an intense investigation into a series of crimes, including bribery, breach of trust, disclosure in breach of duty, and abuse of office.

The PID investigated the officer in a secret investigation due to his connection to National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.

In response, Ben-Gvir slammed the accusation and Israel's Attorney General Gali Baharav Miara in a public statement on Monday evening, saying that "a red line was crossed."

"The attorney general has embarked on a reckless, anti-democratic, and illegal campaign aimed solely at toppling the government and its leader through unlawful means," Ben-Gvir said.

"I demand that the government convene this Sunday to decide on establishing a public committee," he continued, saying that the committee should "examine whether the attorney general can continue to serve in her role."

D’Souza said the video footage, which shows ballot harvesting, is misleading.

The media, the pundits, the policymakers—all seem uninterested in addressing these uncomfortable truths. And while this silence persists, America edges closer to a precipice, teetering on the brink of a disaster that few seem willing to confront.

It’s estimated that 25 to 30 million illegally immigrants currently reside in the United States. That number alone should provoke thought. For context, the American Civil War—the bloodiest conflict in the nation’s history—involved around three million participants. Over 600,000 people perished in that war, accounting for 2% of the population at the time. Now imagine what would happen if even half of the 30 million illegally immigrants in this country decided to resist deportation.

And we know that there has been this Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire that’s Israel’s northern border. Politico Playbook says this, this is the thinking of the Biden administration, the belief inside Biden world for months has been that one ceasefire would pave the way for another rooted in Hezbollah and Hamas’s shared relationship with Iran, their mutual proxy and patron. Do you see a ceasefire with Hamas on the horizon?”

Huckabee said, “I think they’re half right. They certainly are funded by the same source. That’s the Iranian government. Unfortunately, it’s the Biden administration that empowered Iran with money that they use to make it possible so that Hamas has a lot and the on Israel.”

The old reality is Kayleigh that if you start a war with me, you may get to start it but I choose how we finish it. Israel is going to get to choose how they finish it, not Iran, not the U.N., not France, not America. Israel will decide how this has to end.”
