I know how to combat them, for example, search the board for coiled heat, and you will see that when we were getting extreme migraine headaches that on me progressed into my left hand curling into itself, slurred speech, and the twisting of the left foot. I was warned when I was in my 20's that I was going to be targeted and told to take extreme hot showers. That did help, but once I was done, it kept coming back. I had better results with a hair dryers and figured, it must be a fungi, because water exacerbates it, and then tried a portable coiled heater which cured me. Logical thinking.
