There is a way to beat this kek

Congressional hearing asking each of them if they took part in covering up of crimes. They lose their 5th and the act of accepting a pardon is a continuation of the cover up. The pardon would only be good for a date certain and not one of the future. If the crime is still happening then they are fresh co-conspirators

these blanket pardons are similar to how it was handled after the Civil War. Specific crimes are not even required to be written.

They can also be kept secret unless they are needed to stop an investigation. The person with the pardon has to show it.

Although POTUS has unreviewable pardon power, the act of accepting the pardon could in and of itself be a crime or continuation of a crime. Pardon is not a sure bet for these people

The crime is conspiracy to overthrow a sitting President ( along with many specific acts that are also crimes)

Giving a blanket pardon for all crimes before the date of Biden's signature is only good if the criminal behavior ends. If they continue it then the pardon is useless.

If Joe shows up for work the next day, that crime is still happening because they stole the election of 2020 and used lawfare to try to continue the coup.

In a conspiracy, the right hand doesn't need to know what the left hand is doing to be part of it. They just have to have a meeting of the minds to achieve a certain criminal goal and 1 person has to take an overt act.

If these cases are still floating in the air or Joe is still President, the crime is still occurring. They have to admit the election was stolen and end the theft for the pardon to be worth anything
