You must be new to the H1B system. The method is to describe a very detailed list of job requirements that are only met by the jeet in India who was already chosen for the job.
I have seen some of the most ridiculous job experience requirements known to man, it isnt hard to see they already have a chosen candidate.
Oh, some of the "HR" types enjoy putting you through hoops. I have had "recruiters" attempt to get me to do their job for them, fix their shit, give them help on how do to things etc. Nothing like a "recruiter" deciding you could be their next free tech support guy.
I knew shit was bad when my college program partner, a mexican female, who turned in the same papers I did, would always get better scores for the exact same paper. They had to destroy my 4.0 (3.9) gpa to fuck me on scholarships.
I have worked with them my whole life, never met a 200 IQ jeet. At best they were only good at kissing ass and pretending they knew how to do something they made some other poor guy do. The only thing they seem to be good at is taking credit for something someone else did.
