JUST IN: A Pentagon appeals panel has upheld a military judge’s finding that the plea deals in the Sept. 11 case are valid, clearing the way at least for now for a guilty plea hearing next week with the accused mastermind of the attack.

Breaking News: The Pentagon has repatriated a Tunisian prisoner who had been held at Guantanamo Bay from the day the prison opened, but never charged with a crime.
His is a somewhat mysterious story.

A U.S. Army soldier named Cameron John Wagenius has been indicted for selling stolen confidential phone records.
Arrested on December 20, he faces charges in Waco, Texas, for two counts of unlawful information transfer.
Details about his military rank and station remain undisclosed.
As per cybersecurity expert @briankrebs, Wagenius, known online as “Kiberphant0m,” claimed involvement in hacks into phone records of high-profile figures like Kamala Harris & Donald Trump.
