There is no such division listed in the structure of counterterrorism. there is terrorism and counter intelligence. I'm assuming that means his promotion was a result of a fast creation of a new division that needed to be created after 12/27/2024

When I try to find a video of something longer than 8 seconds there is none. The only video shared starts at about 1 second before the detonation. It looks like sureveilance footage so there is no excuse why we don't have a video showing he drove up and we have to take the person's word he watched then sit there with foot on the brake for a few minutes then the explosion. That doesn't jive with a gun shot killing him and somehow an explosion if the car only sat for a few minutes. If the gun shot is going to be said to have caused the explosion then we would have seen the gun shot flash first.
