You really need to have medical personnel available for anyone that requests it from such attacks. Remember, over 130k people were killed in health care institutions during the fake pandemic push, and you bet your bottom dollar those people weren't DS cronies or protected family members. I would do this if I was in-charge as a common courteously knowing how things truly are.
