Why he need a Quran with phonetic Arabic and English translations?

Why the dart ball board?

111 (green in the English translation on the bottom) & 204 (the page printed twice, once for Arabic & the other for the Phonetic) stands out to me in the Quran and the dart balls are on 160, 180, 10, & 50.
