In my neighborhood alone, I see about 20-25% of the homes have this plant. And they all seem to be DS cronies. It is prevalent across the US and you really should have the US Mil do surveys and mark out which homes have those plants in case that information is needed in the future. Once that data is gathered, it wouldn't take much to survey the health of those that do not have those plants and find patterns. And guess what, you will find that this has been going on for a very, very, long time and is their number tactic.
