The Israeli prime minister will not attend the ceremony in Washington on January 20, according to an aide

Netanyahu’s senior aide did not elaborate on why the trip was cancelled. However, some media reports cited the Israeli prime minister’s recent prostate surgery, claiming Netanyahu had been advised to rest following the procedure.

The now-cancelled trip to Washington would have been Netanyahu’s first trip abroad since an arrest warrant against him and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant was issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in November. Colorado Republicans Object to Certification of Election Results After Democrats Posted Voting System Passwords Online

A group of Colorado Republicans objected to the certification of the state’s 2024 election results.

The effort was supported by six Republicans and led by state Reps. Ken DeGraaf and Scott Bottoms of Colorado Springs who argued that the results may have been compromised by the posting of voting system passwords online.

“I have no proof that any of those passwords were used to do anything, nobody else has proof of that,” Bottoms said in a speech on the House floor Wednesday.

“But I think it would be naïve to assume that one person did not change at least one vote.”

However, these demands were unsuccessful, and the counting carried on regardless.

Democrats, meanwhile, denounced the objections as “unwarranted and unprecedented” and accused them of trying to undermine the election results.

“Opposition to this motion is quite frankly dangerous to our democracy,” said Democratic Rep. Andrew Boesenecker of Fort Collins.

“We’ve seen what happened when Congress went down this path four years ago and elected officials refused to certify results.”

According to the official election results, Kamala Harris outperformed Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign by nearly five points, winning 54 percent of the vote compared to 43 percent for Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, her vote tally was said to be down around 2.5 percent on Joe Biden’s performance in 2020.

Amid these seemingly comfortable margins, Colorado is now considered to be a reliably blue state, with Democrats holding the governorship, Secretary of State, and both Senate seats. This is all thanks to mail-in voting and far-left state leaders.

Colorado is one of four states, including California, Oregon, and Washington, that took weeks to finish their vote counting after Election Day. These states all use mail-in voting. And these states all have Democrats in charge for years now. Imagine that?

Its last statewide elected Republican was Senator Cory Gardner, who lost his seat in the 2020 election cycle.

The last Republican to win the state in a presidential election was George W. Bush in 2004, who defeated his opponent John Kerry by nearly a five point margin.

NO CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS: Florida Grand Jury Finds No Evidence of Criminal Activity by COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers

The report, spanning over 140 pages, outlines a litany of regulatory shortcuts, compromised safety standards, and conflicts of interest, yet it stops short of recommending any criminal indictments.

Despite uncovering instances of delayed disclosure of adverse events, manipulated safety data, and an alarming lack of transparency, the jury deemed these actions insufficient for criminal prosecution.

The grand jury wrote in its final report:

"While we did not find criminal activity, we did find a pattern of deceptive and obfuscatory behavior on the part of sponsors and regulators that often straddled the line between ethical and unethical conduct.

More importantly, however, not finding any indictable criminal activity does not mean we did not find any problems.

On the contrary, there are profound and serious issues involving the process of vaccine development and safety surveillance in the United States. Some of those are acute, COVID-19-era problems that are unlikely to occur outside the context of another once-in-a­ hundred-year pandemic. Others, however, are systemic; they will occur over and over until someone fixes them.

Unfortunately, all these complications have something in common: They involve multinational corporations and federal regulators. The ability of sovereign states like Florida to resolve these issues or even influence these entities directly may be limited. This Grand Jury finds itself in the awkward position of advocating for a series of changes to a group of private and public entities who did not ask for them and are unlikely to be particularly interested in adopting them. Still, we feel compelled to point to what we have seen, if only to make the general public aware of the extent to which the massive systems upon which we depend for our health and welfare has failed to serve their interests.

Regarding the clinical trials and pharmacovigilance of MRNA-1273and BNT162b2, it was genuinely striking to us just how many of the problems we found occurred at either the direction or acquiescence of the FDA, CDC and other federal regulators.

Nearly every time we found an issue with MRNA-1273 or BNT162b2, the fingerprints of these agencies were all over the scene, advising that the flagship and surrogate clinical trials be performed in specific ways, authorizing dose after dose and formulation after formulation based on out-of-date immunogenicity comparisons and observational results, and even running interference for sponsors by misleading the American public about validated safety signals.

These regulatory issues are magnified in the context of vaccines, where consumers have effectively zero ability to hold manufacturers legally responsible for their injuries.

Federal injury compensation systems like the ClCP only allow limited recovery, while simultaneously protecting sponsors from the discovery process one would normally use to prove negligence and causation in liability claims involving any other product. Even in cases where compensation is awarded, it is the American taxpayer, not the sponsor, who must pay the claim.

We understand that there is a desire on the part of the government to incentivize innovation in vaccine research and development, but the level of legal protection afforded to sponsors goes far beyond what is necessary to accomplish that goal, prioritizing development at the expense of public safety. We do not believe this system of legal protection is whole without merit, but we also do not believe that the current incentives are structured to maximize the benefit to the consumer so much as they are structured to maximize the benefit to the sponsor."

While the report stops short of declaring explicit criminal wrongdoing, it offers a roadmap for reform, emphasizing the need for greater transparency in clinical trials and stricter enforcement of postmarketing commitments.

El Al adds flights to European cities after Moscow suspension

El Al has increased its number of weekly flights: to Paris from 23 to 25; to Vienna from five to six; to Frankfurt from six to eight; to Zurich from seven to nine; and to Munich from five to six.

Israeli Strikes on Gaza Kill 51 More Palestinians Over 24 Hours

Israeli attacks on Tuesday included heavy strikes on Gaza City in the north. According to Reuters, a bombing of a multi-story house in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood killed at least 10, while another five were killed by an attack on the nearby Zeitoun suburb.

Early morning Gaza time, Al Jazeera reported that a 15-day-old baby was killed by an Israeli attack on Sheikh Radwan. In Jabalia, northern Gaza, Reuters reported at least four were killed by Israeli strikes.

In Deir el-Balah, central Gaza, at least three Palestinians were killed by an Israeli strike. Al Jazeera also reported a baby was killed in an attack on the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

‘Gross Incompetence’: Trump Calls For Newsom To Resign Over Deadly L.A. Fires

President-elect Donald Trump called for California Governor Gavin Newsom to resign as multiple devastating fires rip through Los Angeles County causing widespread devastation and at least five deaths.

The fires, which began on Tuesday, have been spread by powerful Santa Ana winds making it difficult for firefighters to contain the blaze. Over 100,000 people have been forced to evacuate as multiple major fires have broken out in the county including the Palisades Fire (17,234 acres), the Eaton Fire (10,600 acres), the Hurst Fire (855 acres), Sunset Fire (43 acres), and the Lidia Fire (348 acres).

“One of the best and most beautiful parts of the United States of America is burning down to the ground,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Wednesday night. “It’s ashes, and Gavin Newscum should resign. This is all his fault!!!”

Later, Trump again posted on Truth Social early Thursday morning slamming Newsom and L.A. Mayor Karen Bass over their “gross incompetence.”

“Fire is spreading rapidly for 3 days — ZERO CONTAINMENT. Nobody has ever seen such failed numbers before! Gross incompetence by Gavin Newscum and Karen Bass….And Biden’s FEMA has no money — all wasted on the Green New Scam! L.A. is a total wipeout!!!” he posted.

Bass is facing criticism as she was in Africa when the fires broke out and she recently cut the budget of the fire department.

According to the latest updates available from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, there is still zero percent containment for the Palisades Fire, the Eaton Fire, and the Sunset Fire. The Hurst Fire is 10% contained while the Lidia Fire is 40% contained.

Trump explained on Wednesday why he believed that Newsom was to blame for the disaster.

“Governor Gavin Newscum refused to sign the water restoration declaration put before him that would have allowed millions of gallons of water, from excess rain and snow melt from the North, to flow daily into many parts of California, including the areas that are currently burning in a virtually apocalyptic way,” he said.

“He wanted to protect an essentially worthless fish called a smelt, by giving it less water (it didn’t work!), but didn’t care about the people of California. Now the ultimate price is being paid. I will demand that this incompetent governor allow beautiful, clean, fresh water to FLOW INTO CALIFORNIA! He is the blame for this. On top of it all, no water for fire hydrants, not firefighting planes. A true disaster!” Trump added.

Newsom communication director Izzy Gardon responded by calling Trump’s accusations “pure fiction.”

“The Governor is focused on protecting people, not playing politics, and making sure firefighters have all the resources they need,” he said

Trump also said that the fires may turn out to be the most expensive in American history.

“The fires in Los Angeles may go down, in dollar amount, as the worst in the History of our Country,” he posted. “In many circles, they’re doubting whether insurance companies will even have enough money to pay for this catastrophe. Let this serve, and be emblematic, of the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the Biden/Newscum Duo. January 20th cannot come fast enough!”

The National Weather Service said Wednesday that “critical fire weather” will continue in parts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties into Friday, adding that “gusty winds and very dry conditions will continue to fuel fire starts and existing fires.”

He included a quote from Wired Mag detailing the exceptions to Facebook's "free speech" rules:

The updates similarly preserve a number of older restrictions that Meta has had in place for years. The current version of the policy maintains prohibitions on Holocaust denials, blackface, insinuations about Jewish people controlling the media.

"I think this is broadly what the shift to 'free speech' is about from all of these guys," Torba said in a follow-up post. "Look now you can say whatever you want (except that!) so free speech is restored! People are noticing way too much, especially after Israel bombing kids for the past year. So they open the floodgates of 'free speech' to allow everyone to focus on anyone else but them."

"Conservative" media outlets were celebrating Zuckerberg promoting Joel Kaplan to Chief Global Affairs Officer for Meta as some sort of win for "free speech" – all while ignoring the fact he was "the senior Facebook official who worked directly with the Israeli Government to ensure that Israel's demands for censorship were honored."

Israel blocks UN probe on 'Hamas rape' claims fearing inquiry into sexual abuse of Palestinians

Elected Israeli officials and settler groups last year started riots in defense of prison guards who gang-raped a Palestinian detainee inside the notorious Sde Teiman prison camp

Israeli officials have obstructed a UN investigation into alleged sexual crimes committed by Hamas fighters during the 7 October 2023 Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, fearing this would open the door to a probe into the rampant allegations of sexual violence against Palestinians inside Israeli torture camps.

According to a report by Israeli daily Haaretz, Tel Aviv rejected a request from Pramila Patten, the UN special representative of the secretary-general on sexual violence in conflict, to investigate the allegations against Hamas after she established that a necessary condition would be access to Israeli detention centers to probe claims against Israeli soldiers.

“The clear concern is that Israel will be the one to be added to the blacklist of entities and countries that engage in sexual violence in conflicts, while the terrorist organization Hamas will actually remain off the list,” Mia Schocken, director of the international department of the Israeli Women's Lobby told Haaretz.

Patten’s office previously confirmed plans to explore a future mission to the region, following invitations from both the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Israeli government.

Thursday's report comes mere days after Israeli prosecutor Moran Gaz confirmed during an interview with Yediot Ahronoth that no allegations of rape or sexual assault by Hamas on 7 October have been filed.

“In the end, we don’t have any complainants. What was presented in the media compared to what will eventually come together will be entirely different,” she said, adding that her office “approached women’s rights organizations and asked for cooperation. They told us that no one had approached them,” she stressed.

Multiple media outlets have debunked claims of “Hamas rape” on 7 October 2023.

Nevertheless, since the start of the Israeli genocide in Gaza, human rights organizations have documented dozens of accounts of the rampant sexual violence inflicted on Palestinians inside Israeli detention centers.

In August, Israeli NGO B’Tselem published a report titled “Welcome to Hell,” containing testimonies from 55 Palestinians detailing incidents of torture, rape, violence, humiliation, starvation, and denial of adequate medical treatment.

This report came days after the military police arrested eight Israeli prison guards on suspicion of raping a male Palestinian prisoner at the notorious Sde Teiman camp.
