That would work!

Reminds me of one we have.

We were gifted a small battery powered snow blower just in time for the snow we had. I didn’t think I would care for it since i already have a gasoline powered large blower for our long driveway, but thething is pretty handy for clearing off paved areas if there is less than 4 inches. I bet a lawn over would work great at clearing an area quickly if there were only a few inches of snow.

That’s funny.

Joyless Reid implies that Hunter was pardoned because he is the president’s only surviving son.

Does that mean that Hunter would not have been pardoned if Beau was still alive.

Hunter is not Biden’s only surviving child though.

And why does it matter that he is the only surviving son? It’s not as though his namesake will not be carried on in future generations, because Hunter has a son and other kids ( all girls?)

Anyway, I guess Joy Reid isn’t a feminist, because she only seems to see value in surviving sons.

Must be true. They had to rebut it

https://www.fema.gov/node/rumor-responder-lodging

Rumor: FEMA established secure sites near disaster-affected areas to operate as "FEMA camps” to detain people or to prioritize our responders over the needs of survivors.

This is all false. "FEMA camp” rumors are founded in long-standing conspiracy theories intended to discredit our efforts to help survivors. FEMA does not round up or detain people, does not enact martial law, does not set up internment camps, and does not secretly operate mining settlements.

There are many responders and survivors who need lodging support after a disaster. FEMA creates temporary responder lodging near disaster locations so responder staff have a place to stay near the communities we are helping without taking needed hotels or other housing from survivors. Learn more about how FEMA provides housing support for survivors.

As part of the response to Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina, FEMA established responder lodging in a few locations. As of October 23, 2024, there are over 1,600 FEMA staff in the state. The temporary responder lodging sites are only being used as a place to stay for personnel working in the hurricane-affected areas and not for any other purpose. As normal practice, these facilities have security to protect personnel.
