Former French European Commissioner Thierry Breton has essentially openly confessed that the West stole the Romanian election and stands ready to do it again in Germany if deemed necessary.

"We did it in Romania, and we will do it in Germany if necessary," a translation from the French of Breton's recent appearance in European media said. Early last month a top Romanian court simply annulled the first round of the country's presidential election in order to create what amounted to a 'do over' election.

The publication Romania Journal highlighted Breton's words as follows: "If, on the other hand, the Tesla and X boss breaks the law, especially in Germany, by supporting the 'extremist' AfD party, the former European Commissioner believes that it will be necessary for the authorities to act as in Romania, where the presidential elections were canceled, writes the website of the French television BFMTV, which recalls Călin Georgescu’s TikTok campaign.

12,000 Masked and Armed “Anti” Fascists Attack AfD Convention in Germany, Assault Candidate Alice Weidel’s Limousine As She Rode to Convention Days After Elon Musk Interview

Roughly 12,000 far-left ‘Anti’-Fascists attacked the convention of the opposition AfD party in Riesa, East Germany, Saturday, erecting roadblocks, attacking vehicles, and demanding ID while police looked on. The so-called ‘Anti’-Fascists proudly posted about their attacks on German democracy.

The military-trained Black Bloc militia was bussed in from around Germany on over 200 busses by George Soros-funded NGO “Campact”.

The AfD is currently the second-most popular party in Germany, gaining another 2% in the two days since Elon Musk’s X Space with party chair Alice Weidel (pron.: “Vydel”) last Thursday, to 22%. Weidel’s armored Mercedes limousine was attacked by about 30 violent ‘Anti“-Fascists on her way to the convention in Riesa, Saxony.

The ‘Anti’-Fascists organized themselves military-style in color-coded militia groups and erected roadblocks on the roads into Riesa, demanding to see ID from people arriving to check against lists of AfD members, who were then forced to turn around while police looked on.

The massive attack on democracy was organized and funded by the left-wing network around George Soros funded “Campact”, the German version of Soros/Podesta funded “MoveOn.” Campact published lists of busses transporting their street guerilla to Riesa on the website “widersetzen” (Resist). “Campact Democracy Foundation” was funded with $300,000 by the Open Society Foundations in 2021.

The donation account was run by the “Antifascist League” (VVN-BdA), which was designated “the lead organization of radical left-wing Antifascism” by Bavarian State Police.

Elon Musk’s $1M Election Giveaway Went to a Campaign Worker.

During the 2024 presidential campaign, tech billionaire Elon Musk offered a $1 million prize for those who signed an online petition. The winner, however, appears to be a Michigan man who actually worked on President-elect Donald J. Trump’s campaign.

The prize was awarded to Tyler VanAkin from Reading, Michigan. Musk funded the contest through America PAC, a pro-Trump super PAC, and it was designed to distribute daily cash rewards of up to $1 million to voters in swing states. Participants needed to sign an online petition in support of free speech and gun rights.

Initially thought to be random, the selection process came under legal scrutiny when it was revealed it was not a ‘lottery.’ Philadelphia County District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit against Musk and America PAC, describing the initiative as an illegal lottery.

Judge Angelo Foglietta, however, allowed the contest to proceed in Pennsylvania, ruling that the giveaway did not fulfill the legal criteria of a lottery since winners were not chosen at random.

Testimony from the PAC’s treasurer revealed that winners were chosen through a multi-step selection process. Musk’s attorneys explained that winners were assessed based on their “suitability” to serve as spokesmen for the PAC, as opposed to being lucky lottery winners.

The last winner, VanAkin, is linked to the Trump campaign. Financial records indicate he received significant payments for his role in preparing Trump’s campaign events. He was paid over $14,200 for his work as a consultant and more than $16,300 for travel reimbursements.

VanAkin also attended campaign events, including Trump’s election night event in West Palm Beach, Florida. America PAC’s year-end filing lists VanAkin’s $1 million payment on November 12, 2024, as compensation for being a “spokesperson consultant.”

Angela Merkel: German People To Blame For The Problems Millions Of Refugees Are Causing

Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel is facing intense backlash, including from her own political party, over a new memoir she wrote that is a nightmare for German political parties looking to stop the ascending right-wing AfD party.

She wrote the book hoping to “secure her crumbling legacy,” The Wall Street Journal reported, noting that “the effort is backfiring.”

The more than 700-page book was “riling up even some of her most ardent supporters” because she does not believe that any of her failed policies were bad for the country — including allowing millions of Muslim refugees from the Middle East to be resettled in Germany.

Powerful German state broadcaster ARD titled the headline of their report on her book: “Much pride, little self-reflection.”

Merkel’s Christian Democratic Party blame her directly for the problems that the country is facing and they say that her memoir is making things even worse.

“The publication of this unrepentant, self-righteous book at a time of economic and political turmoil like this is hurting [her political party],” said former senior Merkel official Nico Lange.

The report said that her approval rating has plummeted from her time as a popular elected official to someone that the German public has turned against. Her allies overseas have abandoned support for her, the report said.

The most shocking part of the report focused specifically on her retelling of why she allowed millions of Muslim refugees into Germany.

Merkel said that it was “fully irrelevant whether they had a right to stay in Germany or not” when she let them enter the country.

She then blamed the German people for the problems that the refugees have caused:

The consequences—failed integration, ballooning welfare spending, rising crime, political polarization—can be partly blamed, she writes, on Germans’ lack of “will to change.”

In the decade since she instituted her open-door policy, immigration has changed the face of Germany and its political dynamics. An average of around 400,000 immigrants—the population of a large German city—have entered each year, and Germany now spends as much on refugees as it does on defense.

The report noted that the phrase that Merkel repeatedly used to justify her failed policies — that she had “no alternative” but to do what she did — served as the inspiration for the Alternative for Germany, or AfD.

The AfD is rapidly growing and is now the country’s second-largest party.

The FBI is responsible for the “National Instant Criminal Background Check System,” better known by the general public as “NICS.”

This system is used to deny many people gun ownership based on their criminal record, sometimes keeping guns out of the hands of dangerous people, but other times denying people who made a mistake in the past but have been clean for years, and other times denying people who haven’t done anything wrong at all.

As one of the biggest Second Amendment supporters in Congress, Thomas Massie is not the biggest fan of NICS being used for gun control, and he revealed something very ugly about it.

It turns out that the biggest group of people in America who are denied legal gun ownership by the NICS system are racial minorities.

In other words, the FBI has systematically been denying minorities their freedoms under the Constitution while generally letting white people buy guns freely.

This is a very bad look for the FBI and deserves to be heavily scrutinized.

According to AmmoLand, “In 2022, at an impactful House Judiciary Committee hearing, Representative Thomas Massie rigorously challenged the sweeping gun control measures proposed by President Biden, specifically the push to ban all semi-automatic weapons—a classification that encompasses the majority of firearms owned today.”

Here is what Massie said: “This robust discourse highlights a vital conversation about not just the broad implications of such a ban but also the intricate issues surrounding the Federal background checks, as detailed by expert Dr. John Lott.”

Now AmmoLand is publicizing the full details of Lott’s study, which deals with racial discrepancies in the NICS system in regards to firearm ownership.

It is not going to make the FBI look very good, and the FBI certainly is not going to be happy that this is being talked about in the gun community.

The article continues, “Despite the claimed intended purpose of preventing prohibited individuals from acquiring firearms, the system exhibits a significant flaw—racial disparity in the denial rates of legal firearm purchases. His research indicates that an overwhelming majority of initial denials, approximately 99%, are errors, disproportionately affecting Hispanic and Black males due to phonetic similarities in names within racial groups.

“The errors in NICS background checks not only impede the right to self-defense but also impose a costly and complicated appeals process, often unaffordable to those affected.”

Any American being denied their constitutional freedoms due to a mistake is suffering a grave injustice that needs to be corrected.

However, there is no sign, at least publicly, that the FBI is doing anything about this, as their focus has been on imposing more gun control under the Joe Biden presidency.

Hopefully the new FBI director under Trump will take notice of this problem and take clear steps to fix it moving forward.

Gavin Newsom launches website to battle wildfire 'misinformation,' says California 'did NOT' cut firefighting budget

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced the launch of a new website aimed at countering "misinformation" about the Los Angeles wildfires, including claims that his administration cut funding for firefighting efforts.

“A lot of misinformation out there,” Newsom wrote in a post on X. ”Just launched a new site to ensure the public has access to fact-based data around the Southern CA wildfires.”

Newsom highlighted several ongoing claims in his post promoting the website, Californiafirefacts.com. He denied reports that the state cut the firefighting budget and instead has “nearly doubled the size of our firefighting army and built the world’s largest aerial firefighting fleet.” He also argued that the state has increased forest management “ten-fold” since he took office and that the state will “not allow for looting.”

This initiative comes as Newsom faces sharp criticism over his handling of the ongoing fires, which Newsom has pushed back against. Newsom’s office accused the California Assembly Republicans of promoting "flat out false and misleading information" after they claimed the governor had "cut funding for fire prevention by 80%" since 2021. So far, the Resnicks' Beverly Hills mansion, and the Picasso artworks that adorn its walls, have been spared the nearby Palisades and Eaton fires, even as their celebrity neighbors' homes go up in smoke.

But they cannot so easily escape criticism for their agriculture empire, which sucks up more water than whole cities, even as LA firefighters cannot get a drop of the stuff out of the hydrants that line its streets.

Critics say these so-called 'Beverly Hills farmers,' and their ties to Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom and other politicians, may be among the reasons that California is battling such an environmental apocalypse.

'The Resnicks are powerful and their control of so much water is ridiculous,' filmmaker Yasha Levine, co-director of the forthcoming documentary Pistachio Wars, told DailyMail.com.

'How can one family own more water than the entire city of Los Angeles, almost 4 million people, uses in one year?'

Levine said the wildfires, chronic regional droughts and other environmental problems were part of the 'larger political-technological machine that both LA and the Resnicks are plugged into.'

With their $13 billion fortune, the Resnicks are California's richest farming family, with some 185,000 acres of land and a stake in the Kern Water Bank, a nearly 20,000-acre reservoir of water surplus in the San Joaquin Valley.
