However, Jill Biden is now going public with her disappointment about Nancy Pelosi’s betrayal.

Pelosi reportedly threatened Joe Biden as she pressured him to drop out of the 2024 race.

After nearly a week of getting battered by damaging leaks, Joe Biden announced he was dropping out of the 2024 race on July 21.

He posted his dropout letter to X and then endorsed Kamala Harris.

Nancy Pelosi straight up threatened Biden, according to Politico.

Per Politico: “Nancy made clear that they could do this the easy way or the hard way,” said one Democrat familiar with private conversations who was granted anonymity to speak candidly. “She gave them three weeks of the easy way. It was about to be the hard way.”

Pelosi endorsed Kamala Harris following Biden’s ‘decision’ to drop out of the 2024 race.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Jill Biden revealed she is disappointed in Pelosi for betraying her husband.

“Let’s just say I was disappointed with how it unfolded,” Jill Biden said on Wednesday about the Obama-Pelosi-backed coup to oust her husband. “I learned a lot about human nature.”

WaPo asked Jill about Nancy Pelosi, she replied, “I’ve been thinking a lot about relationships.”

“It’s been on my mind a lot lately, and we were friends for 50 years. It was disappointing,” Jill Biden said about Pelosi.

Pam Bondi Makes Hawaii Democrat Senator Mazie Hirono Regret Not Meeting With Her as She Embarrasses Hirono for Several Minutes (VIDEO)

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi delivered a scathing takedown of Hawaii Democrat Senator Mazie Hirono during a highly publicized confirmation hearing.

As TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is facing questions from Senators this morning during a confirmation hearing for the U.S. Attorney General.

Bondi, the former Florida Attorney General, was nominated after Rep. Matt Gaetz withdrew his name as Trump’s pick for AG.

As Conradson also noted, Trump Department of Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth’s first confirmation hearing was held yesterday, and he passed the test with flying colors. Now, Bondi is shining as well.

After thoroughly humiliating Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) when they tried to embarrass her with a variety of questions, an even worse-prepared Mazie Hirono (D-HI) decided to try to dunk on her at various points.

Unsurprisingly, she ended up red-faced in the end.

Perhaps the most humiliating moment for Hirono during her seven-minute interrogation of Bondu came when she demanded the former Florida Attorney General answer whether she would weaponize the Department of Justice on behalf of President Trump. The following is a lesson in both preparation and intelligence.

“If he (Trump) asks you to investigate one of his perceived political enemies, would you do so?” Hirono asked.

But Bondi quickly had an ace up of her sleeve: Hirono had no clue because she had refused to meet with her before the hearing, the only senator to do so.

“Senator Hirono, I wish you had met with me,” Bondi replied. “Had you met with me, we could have discussed these things.”

After an embarrassed Hirono interrupted, Bondi again reiterated she would have known this answer had she met with her. The answer, of course, is that it is the job of the U.S. Attorney General to follow the law.

Bondi went on to note that 2/3 of Americans had lost faith in the Department of Justice under the Biden regime.

At another point, Bondi humiliates Hirono when she asks a silly question about illegal immigration and Trump.

“He (Trump) has also said illegal immigration is poisoning the blood of our nation,” Hirono stated. “Do you agree?”

Bondi fired back with a sassy response.

“I went to the border a few months ago,” Bondi said. “I went to Yuma, AZ. I went to a r*pe crisis center. It was horrific.”

“I’m sure you’ve been to the border as well, so you can answer that.”

Admitting defeat, Hirono moved on.

Hirono also asked Bondi whether she had ever made “unwanted requests for sexual favors” or sexual advances toward someone. On top of being insulting and sexist, a look at Bondi’s record would prove this was laughable even to suggest.

Bondi, of course, truthfully responded no. Hirono would have known this as well had she met with Bondi beforehand.

But she took this as an opportunity to humiliate herself instead.

German opposition leader adapts Trump MAGA slogan

Alice Weidel, co-chair of the Alternative for Germany party, is calling to ‘Make Europe Great Again’

Alice Weidel, a co-leader of the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, has apparently adapted US President-elect Donald Trump’s MAGA (‘Make America Great Again’) slogan, but for her own continent. The politician has called to ‘Make Europe Great Again’ in a post on X on Wednesday.

Weidel was responding to a post drawing parallels between her party’s program and policies advocated by Trump and US-based tech billionaire Elon Musk. The SpaceX and Tesla CEO, who also owns X, has endorsed AfD and interviewed Weidel live on his platform last week.

During the interview, the German politician described AfD as a “libertarian conservative party” that is seeking to reduce bureaucracy and “free the people from the state.” Musk also repeatedly stated that “only AfD can save Germany” ahead of the 2025 snap parliamentary election in the EU nation scheduled for late February.

The early vote was announced following the collapse of a three-party coalition led by Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Social Democrats and a subsequent vote of no confidence in his remaining minority government in December.

Musk also interviewed Donald Trump last year as a gesture of support for the Republican's ultimately successful presidential bid.

The ‘Make America Great Again’ (MAGA) slogan was popularized by Trump during his first successful election campaign in 2016 and then used by him again in 2024. The MAGA acronym is also often used to describe his supporters and political base.

The tech billionaire’s interview with Weidel last week drew some controversy in Germany. Over 60 German universities and research institutes announced their departure from X, citing the supposedly “increasing radicalization” on the site. Two labor unions and the top federal court have also departed from the platform.

The German Defense Ministry and the Armed Forces (the Bundeswehr) followed suit on Wednesday by announcing that they will no longer make any posts on the platform, claiming that X makes it “difficult to have a factual exchange.”

Trump’s State Department pick delivers Ukraine reality check

The US has funded Kiev without defining an actual objective, Marco Rubio has told the Senate

It is unrealistic to believe Ukraine can win against Russia and the US should no longer give Kiev indefinite support, Macro Rubio, nominated to be the secretary of state in the upcoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump, has said.

Testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday, as part of his confirmation process, Rubio said that ending the conflict should be Washington’s priority.

“I think it should be the official position of the United States that this war should be brought to an end,” the Florida senator told his colleagues.

“There is no way Russia takes all of Ukraine,” Rubio said. “That’s not going to happen.”

“There’s no way Ukraine is also going to push these people all the way back to where they were,” he added, noting the difference in size and population of the two countries.

Ukraine’s problem is not running out of money, but “running out of Ukrainians,” Rubio noted, quoting what he heard recently.

Millions of Ukrainians now live abroad and may not come back, as the country’s infrastructure and economy have been devastated and it will take decades and hundreds of billions of dollars to rebuild it, he said.

The US Congress has appropriated almost $175 billion in aid to Ukraine since the conflict escalated in February 2022, of which about $65 billion has been direct military assistance. Yet the outgoing administration “never clearly delineated what the end goal of the conflict was,” Rubio told the senators.

“What exactly were we funding? What exactly were we putting money towards? On many occasions it sounded like ‘however much it takes for however long it takes’. That is not a realistic or prudent position,” he said.

According to Rubio, negotiating a peace will be “hard work” and require “bold diplomacy,” with concessions being made by both Ukraine and Russia.

“It’s also important that there be some balance on both sides. In essence, it will be difficult to achieve this objective of a ceasefire and ultimately a peace settlement unless both sides have leverage,” he concluded.

Ukraine has outlawed any negotiations with Russia so long as President Vladimir Putin is in office. Moscow has said it is willing to talk but its terms for ending the conflict involve ensuring that Ukraine will be a neutral, demilitarized and “denazified” state that guarantees all civil rights of Russian-speakers and recognizes territorial changes on the ground.
