Congress KNOWS this.

 

THAT is why the Senate (Thune and Cotton) are playing kabuki theater.

 

The FOX-watcher sheeple will be led to believe that the RINOs are gonna suddenly grow a set and force the dems hand.

 

The whole uniparty (MOST of Congress; BOTH houses) KNOWS that if they don't approve Trumps nominees, they will give Trump an excuse to exercise his authority.

AND,

THOSE appointments may well NOT BE the ones who are the CURRENT nominees, which could be fatal for some.

 

So, they will posture.

 

Then they will approve the nominees via preordained and coordinated process by which the votes will be cast by who can safely risk their futures and secure their "reelections" (or "promotions"), Committee assignments, and other perks.

Then they will go about their business, which will be to sabotage the MAGA movement, and to get reelected.

 

Kabuki theater. Wake up.

Fauci was federally pardoned, but if another country were to charge him, he would have to be extridicted.

 

Extradiction can include individuals, and American Citizens, who have committed crimes that are international in nature. We see this often with U.S. demanding the foriegn governments to extridict drug kind pins who have never once themselves stepped foot in the United States.

 

If there is an indictment in the foreign nation, and the charge has reciprocity (that is, it is criminal in both countries), and has an international aspect to it that touches jurisdiction of the other country, then that country could request extridiction.
