This an excellent explanation that the 14th amendment says "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". So if their parents are "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" of their home country, the child does not get birthright citizenship. This was fully explained by two of the best constitutional lawyers that worked for Trump in his first term. And of course the left prosecuted them in the J6 fiasco and every blue state disbarred them.
The left is scared to death the SC will agree with Trump, because they get dem voters, so the scam can go on for generations.
