Trump as a predicated subject." This FBI case would later be code named, "Arctic Frost". The third email, February 24, 2022, email from Thibault to John Crab, noting that the attorney general and the FBI approval will be sought to open the case, The fourth email, February 25, 2022, email from Thibault subordinate agent, saying they added Trump and others as a criminal subject to the case. Thibault responded, "Perfect"….Justice Department and FBI leadership acted on concert to further a political scheme to take down Trump, just like they did in Crossfire Hurricane.

Grassley, reading a post by Grenell, just showed that the Justice Department, and Jack Smith's prosecutor, told him that he could not talk about his grand jury testimony. Democrats have been trying to get Patel to violate grand jury instruction.
