Then within the week a CIA Blackhawk took down an American Eagle on the anniversary of The 16th Amendment, which ended the tariff wealth and authorized Congress to levy an income tax, was proposed on January 29, 1913.
This landmark amendment radically changed the American economy and taxation system.
