Firm Says Obama Admin Helped China Steal Their Tech. New Legal Action Seeks To Shut Them Up.
A new video series from small tech firm ParkerVision claims that big tech giant Qualcomm stole their patented groundbreaking technology before offshoring it to China — all while allegedly colluding with the Obama administration to get away with it.
Part one of the four-part series, called “Against the Giants,” outlines how ParkerVision took Qualcomm to court in 2011, once they believed Qualcomm stole their patented chip. A unanimous jury verdict found Qualcomm guilty, but seven weeks later, the Obama-appointed judge decided to dismiss the entire case, citing “an insufficient evidentiary basis” over the alleged patent infringement. The shocking swing sparked ParkerVision to look further into the matter, allegedly finding collusion with the Obama administration.
Outlined as one piece of evidence in the series, ParkerVision says the Obama DOJ and the executive office of the president visited the company’s website and viewed ParkerVision’s litigation against Qualcomm before Obama flew to California to raise money for the DNC at the Qualcomm CEO’s home.
ParkerVision and Qualcomm are still enthralled in a legal battle to this day.
“Big tech’s betrayal of America — unveiled,” the X account for “Against the Giants” reads. “Inside the untold story of how big tech giant Qualcomm ripped-off one of the most important patented innovations in American history and shipped it off to China with the help from the US government. Did the Obama Admin provide cover?”
Since the video series has gained traction online, Qualcomm has filed a motion for “Against the Giants” social media to be shut down, ParkerVision says.
“Qualcomm has filed a 28 page motion to the court to shut down our social media on the basis that we are infringing on their ‘Constitutional right to a fair trial,'” an update posted Wednesday reads. “Qualcomm asks for ‘immediate court intervention’ that would result in a court order removing our posts.”
“ParkerVision will be responding to the court shortly with our opposition to Qualcomm’s motion,” the account added.
“Right now, China is cleaning our clock, because we’ve allowed these companies to steal innovation, take it to China, and now the Chinese are now making their own products from those innovations and we are no longer building our innovation economy like we used to, and those chickens are coming home to roost,” Jeffrey Parker, CEO of ParkerVision, said.
“We’re doing this because it’s the right thing to do,” Parker said of the ongoing litigation. “We’re fighting this so you don’t have to. We’re fighting this battle so that small innovators in America still have a future.”

Putin axes Yuri Borisov, head of Russia's space agency
Russia has a new space chief.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Yuri Borisov after 2.5 years in charge of the nation's space agency Roscosmos, The Moscow Times reported today (Feb. 6).
His replacement is 39-year-old Dmitry Bakanov, who most recently served as Russia's deputy transport minister and led the state-backed Gonets satellite communications system from 2011 to 2019.
Borisov, 68, took Roscosmos' reins from the blustery Dmitry Rogozin in July 2022, five months after Russia invaded Ukraine. Many of Russia's former space partners cut or reduced their ties with the nation in the wake of that ongoing invasion, complicating Russia's launch business and exploration plans.
Borisov's relatively brief tenure was marked by turbulence and disappointment, including the August 2023 failure of Luna 25, the first moon mission in modern Russian history. (The most recent moon effort had been Luna 24, launched by the Soviet Union in 1976.)
Roscosmos "also faced corruption scandals, the loss of satellites and other spacecraft, as well as a lack of innovation" under Borisov, according to The Moscow Times, which is an independent newspaper based in Amsterdam.

Former Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant has acknowledged ordering the army to use the Hannibal Directive to kill Israeli civilians and soldiers during the Hamas attack on 7 October 2023.

Everyone knows the world is under siege by a deep-seated conspiracy run by the globalist financial elite. Clearly it is a conspiracy which has sunk its talons into most of the earth’s nations, populations, and resources. It has a vast intelligence/enforcement apparatus that here in the U.S. we now call the Deep State.
This apparatus has spent decades commandeering the U.S. establishment via what we see is the military-intelligence-industrial-financial-academic-media complex. Now the Trump administration has begun to chip away at some of its most visible manifestations, not only USAID, but also including the FBI, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the CIA.
The conspiracy began to take control of the U.S. with the creation of the National Security State—including founding of the CIA and NSA—by President Harry Truman right after World War II. When FDR died on April 12, 1945, he took with him his dream of world peace through a balance of power reflected in the make-up of the UN Security Council, consisting of the U.S., Great Britain, France, the Soviet Union, and China. But through Truman’s corrupt actions, it would now become the U.S. against the Soviets and anyone else who could be accused of leftist, communist, or even progressive tendencies. All would be labeled the “Cold War.”
The founding of the National Security State coincided with Truman’s recognition of the declared entity of Israel during its takeover and ethnic cleansing of Palestine in 1947-1948. Israel, largely funded by the Rothschilds and U.S. donors and spearheaded by Jewish radicals from Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, would become the conspiracy’s island in the Middle East.[i]

Israel attacking hospitals and blocking medical aid in the West Bank, warns MSF
Doctors Without Borders notes significant increase in settler violence and systematic hindering of healthcare services
Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has demanded Israel stop its "disproportionate violence" in the occupied West Bank in a new report investigating attacks on medical facilities.
The latest findings by the Swiss-based NGO, based on data collected between October 2023 and October 2024, found that Israeli military incursions into the West Bank had "intensified dramatically" since the start of the war.
The report draws its conclusion from 38 interviews and "obstruction patterns" witnessed by MSF teams in the cities of Jenin, Qalqilya, Tubas, and Tulkarm.
"MSF teams have witnessed the aftermath of several incursions where military operations target and destroy critical utilities, including water systems and electrical networks - thus creating long-lasting medical and humanitarian impacts on Palestinian communities and obstacles to reaching healthcare facilities or the movement of ambulances," the NGO stated in its findings.
According to MSF, the escalation in violent tactics started before the beginning of Israel's war on Gaza in October 2023, with forces attacking civilian areas with air strikes, a practice the group says was not used since the Second Intifada in the early 2000s, and military drones.
