Same Cop Beat ANOTHER Elderly Dementia Patient
I posted a video some days ago of a cop beating up and unlawfully arresting a man with dementia. Turns out it's not the first time. In this other video, other officers stand around discussing how wrong this is, and one says "I'll have more to say off camera" but none of them actually DO anything. Chief says no policy violations as usual.
