The Government Is Spending $22 Million To Help Illegal Immigrants Get COVID Vaccines

A leftwing organization is set to receive more than $22 million from the United States government for a campaign that encouraged illegal aliens to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, The Daily Wire has learned.

Nearly $19 million of the $22.4 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has already been paid out to UnidosUS to support the leftwing non-profit’s efforts to expand vaccination with a focus on “vulnerable populations” within the Latino community, including illegal aliens.

The grant, dispersed through the Center for Disease Control, funds UnidosUS’s campaign to “increase awareness, education, and promotion of the COVID-19 vaccine among Latinos, including vulnerable populations, E.G. essential workers and undocumented individuals.” The grant began in February 2021 and is set to conclude at the end of January 2026.

UnidosUS, a 501(c)(3) organization that describes itself as the nation’s largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization, appears to have used the funding to create the “Esperanza Hope for All Adult Vaccine Access Program,” which it credits to the CDC funding.

“Since its inception in 2021, Esperanza Hope for All … has been at the forefront of mitigating the health, economic and educational impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on Latino communities,” a program factsheet reads.

A 2021 toolkit promoting the program includes question-and-answer flashcards, including one that asks, “Can I get a COVID-19 vaccine if I am undocumented?”

Syrian Forces Clash With Hezbollah-Linked Clans On Border With Lebanon

Syrian government forces, mainly made up of fighters from the now dissolved Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham group, have clashed with Shiite clans linked to Hezbollah on the border with Lebanon, with both sides taking casualties.

The clashes began on February 6 in the western countryside of Homs. The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that the Border Security Department launched an operation in the border town of Hawik, mainly inhabited by Lebanese citizens from the Zoaiter and Jaafar clans. Multiple suspects were arrested, and weapons and illicit goods were seized, according to the state-run news agency.

The two Shiite clans are allegedly involved in smuggling weapons to Hezbollah, as well as in the trafficking of illicit drugs, mainly a synthetic amphetamine known as Captagon.

Syrian government forces used heavy weapons, including multiple rocket launchers, main battle tanks and drones. In response to the escalation, the Lebanese army deployed reinforcements along the border.

SANA said that a member of the country’s security forces was killed in the clashes, while Al-Mayadeen reported the death of three on the Lebanese side.

The clashes continued into February 7, following an overnight detainee exchange at the Jusiyah border crossing, which was overseen by the Lebanese Armed Forces. According to Hezbollah-affiliated news outlet Al-Mayadeen, the exchange saw the release of 16 women and children from the Syrian town of al-Aqrabiyah and the two Syrian fighters from the Lebanese side.

By the end of the second day of the clashes, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that Syrian government forces were in control of most of the border, including Hawik and the nearby towns of al-Qasir and Akwm.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun discussed the situation on the border with his Syrian counterpart Ahmad al-Sharaa during the day.

“They agreed to coordinate efforts to control the situation and prevent attacks on civilians,” said the Lebanese presidency on its X account. Aoun also took the opportunity to congratulate al-Sharaa on his accession to the presidency.

All in all, both Syria and Lebanon appear to be willing to coordinate to secure the border. However, this will be another setback for Hezbollah which lost its main supply route with the fall of the Assad regime in Syria last December. It is unclear yet how the group could react once the conflict with Israel is over.

In 2018, Wikipedia host Wikimedia publicly praised a $2M donation from Soros.

The Wikimedia Endowment holds $100M, funded by Amazon, Google, Arcadia, and Soros. The Musk Foundation is the only major non-liberal donor.

The fund is reportedly managed by the Tides Foundation, known for supporting leftist groups like Black Lives Matter.

A Jan 2024 report from the Manhattan Institute found Wikipedia associates right-wing figures with more negative sentiment than left-wing figures.

Wikipedia’s trusted sources include left-leaning groups like Amnesty International, B’Tselem, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Wikipedia itself admits it “is prone to neutrality violations” due to systemic editorial bias.

Obama-Appointed Judge Blocks Trump Admin Officials' Access To 'Sensitive' Treasury Records, Cites "Cybersecurity Risk"

A federal judge has temporarily barred the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), run by Elon Musk, from accessing the personal financial data of millions of Americans kept at the Treasury Department.

Musk responded to the controversy Saturday, saying in a post to X:

To be clear, what the @DOGE team and @USTreasury have jointly agreed makes sense is the following:

• Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits. This is frequently left blank, making audits almost impossible.

• All payments must also include a rationale for the payment in the comment field, which is currently left blank. Importantly, we are not yet applying ANY judgment to this rationale, but simply requiring that SOME attempt be made to explain the payment more than NOTHING!

• The DO-NOT-PAY list of entities known to be fraudulent or people who are dead or are probable fronts for terrorist organizations or do not match Congressional appropriations must actually be implemented and not ignored. Also, it can currently take up to a year to get on this list, which is far too long. This list should be updated at least weekly, if not daily.

The above super obvious and necessary changes are being implemented by existing, long-time career government employees, not anyone from @DOGE

Yesterday, I was told that there are currently over $100B/year of entitlements payments to individuals with no SSN or even a temporary ID number. If accurate, this is extremely suspicious.

When I asked if anyone at Treasury had a rough guess for what percentage of that number is unequivocal and obvious fraud, the consensus in the room was about half, so $50B/year or $1B/week!!

This is utterly insane and must be addressed immediately.
