While the foundation does not appear in my dataset due to insufficient contribution records, a closely related Donor-Advised Fund (DAF), Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (EIN 133615533), does.
Both organizations are part of the broader Rockefeller philanthropic network, though they operate independently. Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors does receive funding from USAID and financially supports numerous left-wing NGOs.
