Airplane Skids Off Taxiway After Landing At Airport

A United Airlines regional jet slid off the taxiway after arriving at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport on Wednesday.

“GoJet Airlines has confirmed the safe handling of passengers post-incident as the carrier operated United Express CRJ550 (N549GJ) did a runway excursion during landing in snowy conditions. At St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), the GoJet Airlines, which had just arrived from the Washington Dulles International Airport, skidded off the taxiway after landing on Runway 11-29 around 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday,” FL360aero wrote.

“The plane, carrying 27 passengers and crew, came to a rest in a grassy area. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, and all the passengers were safely evacuated,” it added.

Under the second Trump administration, the legacy media is slowly being forced to reach the conclusion that they are dead. Or, at the very least, they don't wield the influence that they arrogantly think they do.

Yesterday, CNN's Kaitlan 'Constitutional Crisis' Collins found out the hard way that we have a REAL Press Secretary now when Karoline Leavitt shut her down completely by saying that media organizations that lie (like the AP) are going to face accountability in this White House.

Collins, however, is apparently a glutton for punishment.

Today, she was in the Oval Office as President Trump signed an executive order promising reciprocal tariffs on any country that takes advantage of the United States. While he was still doing his photo opp for the signing, she rudely tried to interrupt with her oh-so-important question about inflation.

It's funny how she never asked Joe Biden about that for four years but suddenly seems to think that Trump should have solved that disaster in less than a month. (Then again, Biden never took unscripted questions from the press, so maybe she never had the chance.)

In any event, the President didn't appreciate her imitation of Jim Acosta and told her so pretty definitively.

Bill O’Reilly made a stunning prediction Wednesday night on NewsNation’s Cuomo: Donald Trump is going to destroy NY Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. And Trump may just have an unlikely ally to make that goal a reality.

O’Reilly claimed that New York Mayor Adams “knows where the bodies are buried” when it comes to James and Bragg, the two figures who aggressively pursued Trump in court. What he means by this is Adams may hold damaging information that could help Trump turn the tables on the prosecutors who have relentlessly targeted him.

“I’m going to predict it here. He [Trump] will bring down Letitia James and Alvin Bragg because they went on a crusade to destroy him. And President Trump is not a forgiving man,” O’Reilly declared.

O’Reilly stopped short of confirming that Adams is actively cooperating, saying, “I’m not reporting it to be true, but it kind of makes sense.” Still, the claim raises major questions: Does Adams have dirt on James and Bragg? And if so, what is Trump planning?

Trump has made it clear that he sees James and Bragg’s lawsuits as politically motivated lawfare. James’ civil case led to a nearly half-billion-dollar penalty against Trump, while Bragg indicted him over hush money payments, resulting in a conviction on 34 felony counts. Both cases were seen as direct efforts to cripple Trump politically and financially ahead of the 2024 election.

Now, Trump appears to be fighting back at the state level, with O’Reilly noting that Illinois and New York could see their federal funding cut—a move that would devastate their budgets. O’Reilly explained that the Justice Department is reportedly holding up $8 billion in grants that were set to flow into New York, a state already drowning in financial trouble.

Soros-Backed DA in the Hot Seat After Man on Bond Goes on Cop Shooting Spree

(DCNF)—A Texas district attorney is under the congressional spotlight after an individual with a lengthy rap sheet went on a shooting spree against San Antonio law enforcement while out on bail.

Brandon Poulos — a man who had just been arrested several days prior for allegedly pushing an 81-year-old woman to the ground, socking an 83-year-old man in the face and then crashing his vehicle while intoxicated — allegedly fired at seven different San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) officers while barricaded in an apartment complex during an hours-long standoff. Texas GOP Rep. Chip Roy is now asking Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzales, who has been supported by liberal billionaire George Soros, to explain why the man was released in the first place.

“I write today with serious concerns regarding the recent incident in which an individual – with a lengthy criminal history who was released on bail – fired upon law enforcement, injuring seven San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) officers,” Roy wrote to Gonzales in a Thursday letter exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“This incident appears to be another example where lax criminal justice policies, including bail reform, have threatened the safety of Bexar County residents and our law enforcement officers,” Roy continued.

SAPD officers responded to a suicide-in-progress call on Jan. 22 at the Sonterra Heights complex. When officers arrived, Poulos remained barricaded inside an apartment for over six hours. The 46-year-old opened fire at the responding officers, shooting one in the leg and injuring six others.

Poulos was ultimately killed by San Antonio Police Department’s SWAT team. Law enforcement believes he purposively called 911 to ambush responding police officers.

“This incident raises serious questions as to why someone with a history of violence was released on bail,” Roy wrote to Gonzales.

Poulos was arrested for the alleged elderly attacks and intoxicated driving on Jan. 18 and released on a $35,000 bond the following day, according to a local report. His release was just three days before the apartment shooting spree. Additionally, he allegedly broke a “no contact” order given to him almost immediately after the elderly assault case.

Gonzales, a Democrat, entered office as the Bexar County District Attorney in January 2019 and was re-elected in 2022. Gonzales has been heavily backed by the nation’s most well-known bankroller of left-wing prosecutors, according to data compiled by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF).

Gonzales has received more than $2 million in Soros-connected donations through the Fair and Just Prosecution, Texas Organizing Project and the Texas Justice & Public Safety PAC, according to LELDF. The donations make Gonzales one of many left-wing district attorneys across the United States who have enjoyed financial backing by Soros, who has openly admitted to wanting more prosecutors who are softer on criminals.

Roy is demanding Gonzales answer what steps his office is taking to ensure violent criminals are not committing crimes due to lenient bond policies and what current policies are in place allowing prosecutors to object to low bond amounts.

The Republican lawmaker is also asking Gonzales to explain why his office did not seek to confine Poulos and other violent offenders like him.

The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

The US president has said he would “love”’ to have Moscow back in the group

US President Donald Trump has said Russia should be reinstated in the club of economic powerhouses from which it was suspended in 2014.

“I’d love to have them back. I think it was a mistake to throw them out. Look, it’s not a question of liking Russia or not liking Russia. It was the G8,” Trump stated at the White House.

Russia became a member of the group, which includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, US, and EU as a “non-enumerated member,” back in 1997. The country’s membership was suspended in 2014 in the wake of its reunification with Crimea. The region broke away from Ukraine and joined Russia via a referendum in the aftermath of the Western-backed Maidan coup in Kiev.

Trump has repeatedly criticized Russia’s exclusion from the group and floated the idea of reinstating it during his first term. At the time, the proposal was rejected by the other members of the club, while Moscow itself appeared to show no interest in returning.

Benz explained how USAID leaned on advertisers to boycott independent media outlets.

Benz: "For example, we just played internews and the internews CEO campaigning to governments and corporations and private sector civil society organizations around the world that they need to economically Blacklist news sites that operate on social media and those are U.S. news sites. This is the basis of lawsuits here in the US like Daily Wire and the Federalist suing the State Department. Because U.S. news sites are in these advertiser blacklists. And to that end, I want to note two things. First, if you go to my X feed and you type in the word advertiser or advertisers and if you need to, you can plug in the word USAID or CEPS in this.

And I want to show you that this is not internews gone wrong. This is not a half a billion dollar year grantee of USAID going rogue and being ideological about this. This is top down US government policy from the White House."
