NO way the train was doing 70mph.

Congressman on Fox news just said" we felt the hit, and as the train went by the truck, we could all see the damage." Then the pics on tv show the train stopped AT THE SCENE with the truck.

Trains traveling at 70mph need a runway to stop. This train was crawling.
