They have to come pick it up. Any left over could be given to schools for the kids who's parents are too sorry to feed them
Anon worked in a school that had a backpack program. They sent backpacks home with certain kid every friday, with enough food for the kid for the weekend. I've known kids who's sorry as dirt parents ate the food and left the kid with nothing. 30.06 for parent is only cure for that.
