The right wing and the left wing both belong to the same bird, they may present as different sides but they're controlled by the same mind.
Many will swear up and down they love freedom, they even think they do, but they hate it with a passion. What they want is a dictatorship that agrees with them. If they like it or agree with it, everyone should be "free" to do it. If they don't like it or agree with it, it should be illegal, and even if it's not you're still wrong because they said so.
