Cops Go Absolutely Bonkers on Man For Sitting in a Parking Lot. Unlawfully KIDNAPPED for violating no law.
They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States of America and We the People it represents. They are domestic terrorists and they should be treated as domestic terrorists. We have the RIGHT to resist unlawful arrest with force. SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!
There wasn't one. The cop pulled them over for no lawful reason because he wanted to know what he was doing, no crime, no RAS, nothing. They guy was arrested for resisting arrest, but there was nothing to arrest for. It happens all the time because cops think them being suspicious is what RAS is.

Let's say you're walking around recording cars and inside cars through their windows as you walk down the street. A cop is suspicious you might be looking to break into a car, but recording alone is not only lawful but constitutionally protected, there's no RAS of a crime. Now if the cop saw a slim jim in your hand, or saw you try to open some doors, the totality of circumstances would give RAS that you were trying to steal from cars.
Cops now think "you're suspicious" is RAS and can ID anyone they want. People are being unlawfully arrested daily and We the People pay the cops victims when they sue, while the cops are given Qualified Immunity or even when it's stripped, the cities or unions will still indemnify them.
As long as they get away with violating rights every day they have no reason to stop doing it.
A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot produce good fruit. It's not some bad apples, the entire orchard that is LE is rotten and on fire. There are good people that want to become cops and help people, but they are pushed out or turn bad from the rest. LE in this country need to ask themselves what their root is… Liberty, or law enforcement, because the two are at war.

What exactly are you accusing me of? I've never been in trouble with the law. If you actually pay attention, I'm not complaining about the law, I'm complaining about the domestic terrorists who violate it daily.

How many have to die, how many have to be beaten, how many have to be unlawfully stripped of their liberty, how many have their kids stolen? I can go on.
