I lived in NE DC for years. This building is where they perform satanic rituals. Windows are sealed up/bricked up, there's a gargoyle/owl statue and S C = Satan Church. They sacrificed a cat and put it front of Gallaudet University a few years ago. DC Cops don't care and Gallaudet cops are too scared of them. Only one door in and out.
The point of this is this place needs to be shared and reported the hell out of. People are going to die there on the 27th.
