how are EU countries going to re-arm without putting CO2 into the atmosphere?
will they pause or modify their paris climate accord? will they be able to achieve "net 0"?
serious question, since they have been so alarmist about "climate change" being an existential threat.
if they choose to emit, then I guess big bad Russia is scarier than climate change to them.
