ITALY’S MELONI JUST TOLD THE UK AND FRANCE THEY’RE ON THEIR OWN WITH UKRAINE… 1/2

March 4, 2025 (3 hours ago)

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni just sent a clear message to France and the UK—they’re on their own when it comes to sending troops to Ukraine. She sees no reasonable path forward with such a plan and refuses to send Italian soldiers to participate in an unwinnable war. All Zelensky had to do was show up, act grateful, and sign on the dotted line—but he couldn’t. Why?

Watch Vice President JD Vance weigh in on the latest twist in this saga:

After the Oval Office fiasco, France and the UK held a “summit” with Zelensky and other countries—but without any US representation—to figure out what to do with Ukraine after Zelensky’s rude behavior at the White House. President Trump sent him packing, making it clear he’s only welcome back when he’s ready to talk peace.

Politico:

Starmer called the summit in London to drum up support for the peacekeeping plan and to get European leaders to commit to defense spending increases.

It was revealed on Sunday morning that the U.K., France and Ukraine would work on a peace plan and present it to Trump.

The summit was hosted by Starmer and attended by other European and world leaders ― including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ― but there was no U.S. representation.

Meanwhile, President Trump just cut off all Ukraine military aid, tightening the political noose around Zelensky’s neck.

But the little man has no one to blame but himself. Instead of apologizing to President Trump and the American people for his behavior and working toward actual peace and ending the war, Zelensky has been running around Europe, panhandling for more money and weapons.

That’s when PM Meloni put her foot down—no Italian troops in Ukraine.Take a look:

The Italian people are struggling to make ends meet. Wages aren’t keeping up with inflation—just like we’re seeing across the globe, including in the US. So the last thing Meloni’s voters want is to watch their hard-earned resources get funneled into a war Ukraine has no chance of winning. Ever.

New Voice of Ukraine:

Italy’s Prime Minister commented on the proposal from France and the UK to send European soldiers to Ukraine, calling it “very difficult to implement” and questioning its effectiveness.

“This is why we have said we will not send Italian soldiers to Ukraine,” she said.

She acknowledged that these discussions were sparked by European efforts to “do something useful” and find a solution.

The Prime Minister also addressed the recent tensions between Presidents Trump and Zelenskyy, as well as U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, in the Oval Office. She noted, “This is not the kind of debate that is usually held in front of the cameras.”

At this point, Zelensky’s only real hope is to come back to the table with President Trump and negotiate a path to peace. The New Voice of Ukraine goes on:

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that France and the UK could send up to 30,000 soldiers to Ukraine with U.S. backing.

Meanwhile, President Zelenskyy stated Ukraine would welcome any peacekeeping contingent, but the Pentagon reiterated that U.S. troops would not be deployed to Ukraine.

But in a shocking twist to this international soap opera, Ukraine’s parliament just spoke up.

Lord Bebo:

UKRAINE BACKTRACKS AND RELEASES MESSAGE FOR AMERICA:

The Ukranian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) welcomes the peace talks launched by Trump.

The parliament’s leadership published this on the English-language version site of the Rada’s website.

“The Ukrainian people want peace more than anyone else in the world, and believe that the personal role of President Donald Trump and his peacekeeping efforts will be decisive for the earliest possible end to hostilities and the achievement of peace for Ukraine, Europe and the world.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine welcomes President Donald Trump’s initiatives to launch a negotiation process aimed at ensuring peace.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasizes the need to further develop a strategic partnership with the United States, especially in the exploration of essential minerals”

==-Ukraine realizes they can’t survive with the US already …==

Here’s a closeup of the images:

Zelensky is really out of moves. No matter what Europe thinks, they can’t bankroll this pointless war without US backing—and now, the Ukrainian Parliament agrees. President Trump has made it clear he’s not funding a proxy war with Russia. He’s only interested in brokering peace.

And now, Meloni’s latest move—combined with Ukraine’s parliament’s powerful words—is the final nail in the coffin for Zelensky.

So, what’s his end game? Time will tell, but right now, he’s a man with no options and nowhere to go and could be on the verge of losing everything.

(WEREN’T MELONI AND MUSK WERE QUITE FRIENDLY & “CLOSE” AT SOME POINT, SO TO SPEAK? IT’S GOOD TO HAVE ALLIES)

Zelensky should allow ‘democratic transition’ in Ukraine – Musk

The billionaire has backed suggestions that the Ukrainian leader could be investigated for corruption after the conflict ends

Vladimir Zelensky should allow for a peaceful transition of power in Ukraine in exchange for avoiding a money laundering investigation

once the conflict with Russia is over, Elon Musk has suggested.

Writing on X on Tuesday, the billionaire and top adviser to US President Donald Trump responded to a post suggesting that Zelensky would not be able to win an election once the Ukraine conflict is resolved, and that he is trying to cling to power by prolonging the fighting.

“Zelensky knows that if the war ends, his power ends. Elections will resume and he’ll lose,” X user Rogan O’Handley wrote, further claiming that whoever does win the election in Ukraine will likely investigate Zelensky for money laundering and send him to prison.

Musk agreed with the post, stating in response that “as distasteful as it is, Zelensky should be offered some kind of amnesty in a neutral country in exchange for a peaceful transition back to democracy in Ukraine.”

During a heated exchange at the White House last Friday with Trump and US Vice President J.D. Vance, Zelensky suggested there can be no diplomacy with Russia. Trump accused the Ukrainian leader of being ungrateful and “gambling with World War III” by refusing to seek peace. Zelensky was then asked to leave the White House without a joint press conference or signing a planned minerals deal.

After the exchange, Musk accused Zelensky of wanting a “forever war” and claimed that several years ago the Ukrainian leader had effectively chosen to “suffer severe loss of life for no gains”instead of seeking peace. Musk also suggested that Zelensky now wants to make that choice again, calling it “cruel and inhumane.”

Following the fiasco in the Oval Office, several prominent US lawmakers, including House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senator Lindsey Graham, have suggested that Zelensky should resign. Trump has also suggested that the Ukrainian leader would not survive an election, claiming that he is supported by only 4% of his country.

Zelensky, however, has repeatedly insisted that he enjoys overwhelming support in Ukraine and that ousting him would be a difficult challenge. At the same time, in an interview with Sky News on Sunday, he suggested that he could voluntarily step down in exchange for Ukraine being allowed to join NATO.

Trump has repeatedly dismissed the possibility of Kiev becoming a member of the US-led military bloc and has noted that its ambitions to join NATO were “probably the reason this whole thing started.”

Moscow has welcomed Trump’s NATO comments, with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov saying the US president is “the first and only” major Western leader to publicly admit that NATO’s expansion and Ukraine’s desire to join the bloc were one of the key causes of the ongoing conflict.

(The one thing Musk is missing is they haven’t been a democracy since the U.S. coup in 2014, and even before. There are a lot more leaders and oligarchs that would continue the corruption.)
