OMG: State Farm VP Attacks LA Fire Victims for Their “Egos Building in a F*cking Desert” – Admits State Farm is Excluding Whites From Employment

The O’Keefe Media Group on Wednesday released undercover video of a State Farm VP attacking Los Angeles fire victims and admitting State Farm is excluding white people from employement.

State Farm VP of Innovation and Venture Capital Haden Kirkpatrick told an OMG undercover journalist that, “Areas like where the Palisades are, there should never be houses built in the first place…it’s a tinderbox.”

Kirkpatrick also said he wants to reshape the workforce at State Farm to include more Latinos – he also admitted State Farm is excluding whites from employment.

“I personally, I task my HR team, finding me… the perfect profile of the workforce of the future,” Haden Kirkpatrick said. “I want the 2040 workforce. So go find me the demographic profile of America in 2040: more Hispanic and Latinos.”

When questioned about whether this preference related to race applied to his personal life, Kirkpatrick doubled down: “Away from my own kind” – meaning whites.

“People want to build in areas where they want to have, like, natural areas around them for their ego. But it’s also a f*cking desert. And so, it dries out as a tinderbox.” He also acknowledged that wildfires in these areas are not surprising to insurance professionals, claiming, “Climate change is pushing these seasons.” He explained, “If you’re an insurance professional, it’s predictable.”

Kirkpatrick also admitted State Farm’s to pull out of the California market was a calculated move: “Our people look at this and say, ‘Sh*t, we’ve got, like, maybe $5 billion that we’re short if something happens.’ We’ll go to the Department of Insurance and say, ‘We’re overexposed here, you have to let us catch up our rate.’ And they’ll say, ‘Nah.’ And we’ll say, ‘Okay, then we are going to cancel these policies.’”

Mista'arvim

Mista‘arvim (Hebrew: מִסְתַּעַרְבִים; Arabic: , romanized: musta‘ribīn, lit. 'Arabized'), also spelled mista‘aravim,[1] is the name given to certain units in the Israel Defense Forces, Israel Border Police, and Israel Police that assimilate into local Arab populations to operate undercover while gathering intelligence or conducting law enforcement, hostage rescue, and counter-terrorism operations.[1]

Name

The Hebrew word mista‘arev (plural mista‘arvim) is a Hebraization of the Arabic musta‘rib, meaning "he who has become Arab", which refers to both the Musta'arabi Jews, Arabic-speaking Jews who lived in the Middle East from the beginning of Arab rule in the 7th century[2] prior to the arrival of Ladino-speaking Sephardic Jews following their expulsion from Spain in 1492, and the Mozarabs of al-Andalus.

Description

Members of mista‘arvim units are specifically trained to assimilate among the Arab population and operate within Arab societies to accomplish their missions.[3][4] Gary Spedding, a consultant on the Middle East, said that the activity of mista‘arvim "allows the Israeli military and border police to identify protesters they wish to arrest and detain. Israeli affairs expert Antoine Shalhat claimed that the main missions of the mista‘arvim "include gathering intelligence and counterterrorist operations."[3] Mista‘arvim dress as Arabs, know the customs and etiquette of Arab society and speak fluent Arabic, in the appropriate dialect. Mista‘arvim have participated in public demonstrations and may support the protests as if they were demonstrators.[3][5]

History

A mista‘arvim unit, with the code-name ha-Shahar (The Dawn) was established secretly by the Palmach in 1943 and consisted mainly of native Arabic-speaking Sephardic Jews, virtually indistinguishable from Arabs generally. With the outbreak of the 1948 independence War in November 1947, members of ha-Shahar were deployed as intelligence agents capable of penetrating Arab urban neighbourhoods and villages and, at times, in sabotage and assassinations. In 1948, the commander of this Arab platoon Moshe Ben-Zvi expressed interest in assisting Israeli operations of biological warfare. It appears that subsequently, on 21 May, two mista‘arvim, David Mizrahi and Ezra Horin, operating out of Dorot and kibbutz Gevar‘am were captured by Egyptian troops as they attempted to poison with typhoid and diphtheria bacteria the wells from which Egyptian troops in Gaza drew their water supplies, an incident which led Egypt to make a formal protest to the Secretary General of the United Nations later that month.[6] In his book, Spies of No Country, Matti Friedman tells the history of a pre-statehood unit operating in Lebanon and Syria.[7]

Training

Training for these units takes about 15 months:[1]

Four months basic infantry training at the Mitkan Adam army base – the IDF Special Training Center – near Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut.

Two and a half months of advanced infantry training in the same base.

Two months of the unit's basic training, which focus on advanced urban navigation and the beginning of counter-terrorism training.

Four months mista‘arvim training, which covers everything from learning Arab traditions, language, and way of thought, to civilian camouflage (hair dyeing, contact lenses, clothing).

One month courses – sniper, driving and different instructor courses.

Known units

The first mista‘arvim unit, known as the "Arab Department" (ha-Maḥlaka ha-Aravit), was established in 1942[3] as a unit of the Palmach. Other mista‘arvim groups in Israel have included:

Sayeret Shaked, a unit of the IDF, which operated undercover in the Gaza Strip in the 1970s

The Samson Unit, or Unit 367, which operated in the Gaza Strip until its disbandment in 1994 after the Oslo Accords[8]

Rimon, operating from 1987 until 2005 in Gaza[3]

Sayeret Duvdevan (Unit 217), established in the West Bank in the 1980s and still operating[3]

Yamas, a unit of the Israel Border Police[9][4]

Gideonim (Unit 33), an undercover mista‘arvim unit of the Israeli Police, still operating as of 2012[10][better source needed]

Hermesh (Hebrew acronym for "armored motorized infantry"), operating in the West Bank until 1994, when it was transferred to the Kfir Brigade

Macron In Anti-Russia Rant Says France Considering Expanding Nuclear Umbrella To Europe

In the opening six months of the Ukraine-Russia war, France's President Emmanuel Macron came under fire in Europe for being one of the few major political leaders to hold regular diplomatic calls with Putin in an effort to solve the conflict and avoid further bloodshed in Eastern Europe.

Now he feels he has to go full hawk in response to US President Trump, as on Wednesday in a nationally televised address he claimed Putin is now threatening all of Europe and has declared, dubiously, that Russian aggression "knows no borders."

"We are entering a new era," he told his fellow countrymen in the address. "If a country can invade its neighbour in Europe and go unpunished, nobody can be sure of anything." That's when he asserted: "Beyond Ukraine, the Russian threat is real - it affects the European countries."

Macron pulled out all the stops, and appears to be making himself into the European version of Russia's Medvedev, going maximal no limits jingoism. "President Putin is violating our borders to assassinate opponents, manipulate elections," he claimed in the remarks.

"We need to prepare," the French president said, amid a broader European push to 'fill the gap' in the wake of President Trump suspending all US arms shipments to Kiev, as well as intelligence-sharing. On Sunday during a London security conference of European leaders, UK PM Kier Starmer presented a plan of up to 30,000 UK peacekeeping troops for Ukraine, supported by France.

"I want to believe that the US will stand by our side, but we have to be ready for that not to be the case," Macron said in reference to shifting Washington policy.

And Macron then claimed, "France has to recognize its special status - we have the most efficient, effective army in Europe," adding that France has nuclear weapons to provide to the broader Western alliance if called upon.

Addressing where funds for a new European defense without US backing might originate, he explained "These are new investments which will allow us to mobilize private financing and public financing without increases in tax" - also as German parties agreed this week to a historic debt overhaul to revamp military and economy.
