I need help understanding this SC ruling today. What exactly does the following mean in the order. How is the judge going to fulfill his obligation to know what deserves to be paid and to who? Because I thought the problem is that the checks to out without any reason as to what the payment is for.

From ruling:

“ Given that the deadline in the challenged

order has now passed, and in light of the ongoing prelimi-

nary injunction proceedings, the District Court should clar-

ify what obligations the Government must fulfill to ensure

compliance with the temporary restraining order, with due

regard for the feasibility of any compliance timelines.”

Anons…this SC ruling today is not what it appears to be…if the JUdge Ali cannot discern which payments are for what, he cannot order them to be paid. I think he has a deadline of tomorrow morning to show the breakdown of what he is ordering to be paid.

THE LEFT IS OVERREADING THE SCOTUS READING. I THINK WHAT YOU’LL SEE IS NOT A PENNY SPENT FROM THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION. @mrddmia details that this will go back down to Judge Ali, and it will get appealed again, and the SCOTUS may come to their senses. @Bannons_WarRoom
