the reason it is a big deal, imho, is that the SC should have struck it down on grounds that a federal court has no authority over POTUS's discretion in paying or not paying foreign contractors. POTUS could do whatever the fuck he wants to do in foreign relations.

 

SC seems to be saying that they do have the authority to determine if POTUS has breached a contract or not. Implies this is not a separation of powers issue. but it really is…

the core issue, and the reason for the outrage, is that the judiciary has no authority to interfere in POTUS's relations in foreign affairs. None.

 

these cuck justices won't intervene in fraudulent elections, for fear of separation of powers issues, but will intervene to protect foreigners. its insane. POTUS should just ignore them.
