Not a joke, the first car was reflecting the sun, but another car behind it about a 1.5 houses away, had it's lights on and even in the strong setting sun, it looked plasma in nature. The car going N to S, could not be the sun because the sun would be reflected to the west not the south. They do have energy weapons without a doubt. I once saw a mail truck that had plasma lights turned on at that same location, both me and wife witnessed it.
