this is not true.
cultures develop at different rates, in part due to different geographical challenges.
they also develop in different ways: what is highly developed in one culture will be less developed in another. there are always tradeoffs.
what you can't do is take one culture and suddenly plop it into another and expect a harmonious "melting pot", especially if it's done willy-nilly - or worse, to purposefully destroy either or both.
You seem to be obsessed with Q and Q proofs - instead of with Q's mission: to teach us how to think and research hidden truths using open source materials.
