A govt shutdown is a cant-lose situation for the Don and the country. A shut down immediately designates 800,000 employees as non-essential and they're out. It could take doge cuts all year to get to that level. I figure about 1.5 million should be cut to shrink the fed govt to its proper constitutional limits, without all the police and courts etc. apparatus.
