I think people around President Trump are spending too much time reading their own press releases. They need to see Ukraine how Putin sees it (and how Xi sees it).

I do hope I’m wrong, but I don’t believe there is going to be any 30-day ceasefire imminently. The momentum is massively with Russia, and it would frankly be crazy to pause hostilities now when it’s so close to retaking Kursk.

Russia has a job to do, and it’s not finished yet. And China would love to see America burn itself out over Ukraine. The best thing POTUS can do is DISENGAGE the US from Ukraine ASAP.
