Most of all they are trying to figure out where EDU will fit into all of this… this where EDU made up always a small area of the intel network that was mostly on request the best of the best in fields. This now seems to be floated that anyone in EDU should become a cia agent.

If you now know where your university is at then you know there is at lest one or maybe as many as 10 people that have access it just becomes a question of who and to gain leverage over. This where now it is being placed on police and other people like they are being emoted to act as body guards for these people sense they can no longer work in the same area with out their cover being blown. This is the most disturbing part. They may need to relocate some prof. Just due to this and likely already have.
This now has the gangs and mobs targeting colleges as well as for not just foot solders but also for targets to exploit to gain access. They will use the worst means possible black mail say cheating on a wife or husband is likely the most common and that they will hire or get someone to do this paying them large amount of money.
I believe they have woman doing this now to me that are hired actors but really are extortionist… the system has been sold on this as if it is a useful aspect now. In reality this is the largest weak point of the system likely and the most exploited area.
I believe that majority of the intel people are behind and this where about 60 to 40 percent are likely going to be changed. This then is like 40% let go and then 20% that that maybe retooled or also like maybe replaced but not position lost.
